I Bought these tactical boots (Under Armour)! They are super comfy and they are gonna make my long-standing shifts bearable!

I needed a particular item which I located via Tactical Gears website. Rang the number provided which was answered almost immediately by a real person, (Josh) who was in Australia, and who knew the product I was inquiring about. The person I spoke with could not have been more helpful, and treated me like I was a member of his family. He allowed me to order the product over the phone, gave me an order number, tracking number, and an estimated time I could expect arrival of the package. It arrived two days earlier than his estimate, in pristine condition, and was exactly the item I required. Will be my first option from now on. Ten out of ten.

TGA are quality providers of tactical kit with first rate customer service. I have made several purchases with them and found that their customer service is first rate. A recent purchase of boots from them was quick and easy and the response to my emails regarding materials and sizing was rapid, accurate and helped steer me in the right direction with brand selection.

Over the years I have purchased kit from several suppliers, however I have found that some of them have have become particularly commercial and less concerned with the quality of the brands they supply and the service they provide to customers - that’s not the case with Tactical Gear Australia. Highly recommended.

Fast delivery and I received exactly the high-quality boots I was looking for. There was an obvious price glitch on the website and so I was expecting a call/email to get it fixed up before I would receive my boots. I got the call shortly thereafter, and was happy to find out the parcel had already been shipped and they offered a fantastic deal to finalise the sale. Extremely happy with the customer service and will be both returning here when I need new shoes as well as recommending the site to family and friends.

It's the nature of online purchasing that not everything can go perfectly, but TGA have decided that at least their customer service can be. I appreciated getting a call from Josh and having my order resolved and sent with care and efficiency. Can't ask for more than that.

I was pretty worried when I saw the item that I am eyeing to buy from them will still take 3 weeks since it still has to be ordered from the U.S. However, I am grateful of deciding to give them a ring and ask their assistance coz I need the item soon due to my availability. Bought some gear and it arrived really fast. Had some issues with Salomon boots that I had trekked through Peru with. Loved the boots quest 4d gtx forces sad that they had a fault. Wez took my call, got a package sent for the boots no charge. Sent the boots back and a new pair arrived yesterday. Got a call from wez saying they were on the way too. Being in business myself I know what it’s like to serve customers and back up your product. Great service and products seem to be the name of the game here. Cant wait to drop in and put a face to the name next time I’m up your way wez. Keep up the good work and I’ll go break in these new boots!

I recently purchased a thermal monocular and was a little disappointed at the soft, synthetic bag with it which provided no protection. I hunted around online to try and find some sort of bag which would offer some protection. Eventually I discovered the Tactical Gear website and found a Jelly Roll case which seemed to be about right. I placed an order which arrived very quickly which was surprising due to the Covid-19 situation and have found it to be absolutely perfect for purpose. The roll is very well padded, the zips run very freely variety of attachment points and, more importantly, the thermal is a neat fit, yet very easy to put in as well as remove from the roll.
So, if you are looking for a bag etc for gear such as I was, I would thoroughly recommend looking to these guys for some quality items.

I've always had a great buy streak buying from Australian businesses. Through my many experiences of buying off the Internet, Tactical Gear Australia hit the spot for proper, long - lasting gear that you can take out on demanding trips like long treks, hunting, camping and hiking up areas normal gear would give out on.

I ordered a pair of Viktos Law Dog boots off their store and to no surprise, the boots were of very high quality and I immediately loved the boots. I had an all round experience with T.G.A in terms of buying the boots, talking to a staff member there on the phone in which I talked about increasing social media marketing for the Viktos Law Dog boots.

Here's a weird review. I Ordered a product on their site that said it was "in stock". Then received a super understanding call apologizing that it wasn't available and that the supplier was sold out. They offered to fill my order when it came in or give me an immediate refund.
This was may first customer experience and order... But will not be my last. Thanks guys 😊
