Purchasing a Reliefband for my husband, Paul was great in answering my questions, even taking the time to look up additional information. He also assisted to ensure that the Reliefband was sent to alternative address so we could collect while travelling.
Have recommended this store to many friends and while on our cruise many asked about the product and where to find it.

What a great shop! I love that everything they sell if quality and no cheap gimmicky products. It’s heavily Boeing focused so if you are looking for Airbus products or merch/ memorabilia you will have a hard time finding it.

They offer some great flight sim experiences with a sim that is commercial training pilot rated. Well worth the visit !!

Paul from Down Under Pilot Shop went above and beyond to help me find a helicopter headset that was very hard to source in the timeframe i required.

I’ve made multiple orders with downunder pilot shop and have been very impressed with their wide variety and service.

Recently I put in a order for a new Bose A20 headset but bought the LEMO plug when in-fact I needed a GA dual plug. All it took to fix this issue was a quick email to their sales team and a representative (Ian) got back to me first thing the next day to assure the mistake was fixed.

I will continue to use and refer other pilots to this retailer for years to come.

BLOWN AWAY BY THE SERVICE! Ordered a handheld radio on Tuesday and it turned up on Wednesday. I had also ordered an accessory and had an "Oh No" moment when I saw one package but the con note was very efficiently hand annotated to indicate that the accessory was packed with the main radio. Geez! I didn't know service like this even existed any more. Their pricing was also great compared to everyone else in town. I requested a price match on the accessory and vola! ........ next day price matched on the website ............... FAAAAAANTASTIC!

Awesome little aviation shop just off broadway. Want some aviation themed memorabilia? They got it. Want to pilot a 737 jet simulator into HK Kai Tak at night in a thunderstorm? They got it. Way cool!
