Good place

I was surprised to get charged a 1.5% "Eftpos Fee" no matter what card ( or either credit or debit) I was using. This charge is not displayed anywhere or explained, it is simply added on by the staff. This is a bit strange after going through Covid where no one was accepting cash, and I'm pretty sure it is illegal to pass on more than the banks are charging the business. I would be interested to know if their bank is charging 1.5% for debit card purchases??? Won't be going back until I have saved up enough 5c pieces to pay cash, unless there is a "surcharge" for cash as well???

Poor customer service. Second time I have placed a personal order only to have it not done. Went in and placed an order, it was noted down only to go in this afternoon to collect to be rudely told "Nope, nothing here!". Bloke had zero interest in helping nor resolving the issue.
I always try to support local but will now go to one of the major chains in the future.

Well its only 5 star when the female staff serve me. The young guy who believes smiling is not a part of customer service might need a reality check.
