Best coles express coffee in the whole of sydney, the lady that works there actually cleans the snout of the machine with a toothbrush daily resulting a bitterless extra creamy coffee and exceptional customer service

The lady on 26th sep 2017( 8:00pm) was so nice and she is the best lady i have seen so far. She is very polite and it just made my.night. i always come to.shell for petrol and now i am gonna get my whole family here.

Good for fast essential stuff shopping .. also i like the coffee there it happens to be very handy when i miss my home made coffee

Stock standard service. Some old worker tried to help with the coffee machine, as I said oops to a message I was reading. A monkey can work the machine, but thanks? Only went for a toilet, but KFC has one next door.

So my partner just went there to pick up delivery which was from doordash.. the door was locked. It was staff member duty to serve the customer first …my partner was standing outside waiting for the guy to open the door… The guy saw that he is waiting… he did not pay attention… he was doing his own work( filling shelves) .. then he started to put cold drink in the fridge .. he was very well aware that there is customer at the door.after 5 minutes .. a police officer arrived there… the guy stopped doing whatever he was doing and immediately opened the door .. like why? It was so disappointing seriously. Very bad customer service😔. It happened 20 minute ago .

To the staff member working the close shift on 27/10/2022, you close at 10pm. You do not close at 9:50pm and use the microphone to bark "we are closed" at the three customers who wanted to enter the store to make a purchase. Too busy trying to chat to the delivery driver who you were lazing about talking to in the store.

Got to the station at 9:44PM, store was closed and I was denied service, had to leave with an empty tank. Advertised closing time is 10pm. Realle disappointed.
