Forget bunnings, get your home & hardware items here if you can. Support a local business. It's a shame there's not more businesses like this that give real customer service. Where else can you walk in the door & have them take you to every item you want and explain the differences?

Great prices and great range with everything you need for your hardware needs. But the thing that really stands out is the customer service always happy to answer any questions you may have and knowledgeable staff. Anything these guys don’t know about hardware isn’t worth knowing.

We were driving and had planned to go to Bunnings as it's a habit that if we need hardware, house diy bits and bobs to go to Bunnings. Not anymore! First time in the store today and from the experience this will be our new go to.
The knowledge is amazing. My husband was telling me how he's been finding it difficult to find anyone in Bunnings that has knowledge that helps him on tasks around the house. Thankfully he remembered about getting advice over the phone from this store the other day so he thought he'd go there instead of Bunnings.
Seriously, give this place a try.
I don't know how comparable the prices are but regardless we've saved money and time by being given the right parts straight off.

I have been living in the area since I was a kid. The people here are genuinely concerned in helping you obtain what you need, they will not sell you anything for the sake of obtaining a sale. I have alway found that they provide the best service, the quality of their products is far superior and their prices tend to be the best. I encourage you to support a small business that has always looked after my needs.
