Have made vaping in Australia easy and enjoyable for me. And even better than in the UK!

I ended up being ’that’ customer who shows up so close to closing time but the customer service I received was outstanding. I arrived 10 minutes prior to closing on a FRIDAY afternoon but wasn’t made to feel rushed at all. The guy working there (I think his name might have been Will. Sorry if I’ve got that wrong) couldn’t have been more helpful and went out of his way to find out any information and ensure I got the best set up for my needs.

I couldn’t recommend this store more for friendly and genuine customer service. I sim definitely be returning here for all my vaping needs! 👍🙂

Super friendly and helpful staff both in person and online. Got advice that led me to a product I'm really happy with, and then when I needed further advice on supplies Super Vape once again gave honest and helpful advice. Each time they gave me their full attention; I'm not used to feeling like businessess have 'all the time in the world' for their customers, but that's how I feel when I'm talking to Super Vape ; )

First time ordering from an online store and it went perfectly.
Was able to track my order the entire time. Delivery was quick and received the items I ordered.
Items were also of high quality and the peach, guava, lychee flavour I got was awesome as well.

Your website is so easy to use, the SVS flavours are awesome and great prices and your service is fantastic!!! I ordered from 3 differnent suppliers last week, got yours within 48 hours of placing my order, got the other 2 today, 6 days later! See ya again soon :-)

I popped in today to replace my lost mod.
I was taken back and delighted by the knowledge, input, friendliness and customer service I received from the staff. No questions could not be answered, the recommendations where specific to my needs and i walked out with exactly the right mod for me.
Highly recommend going here, Ill be back for more juice and a chat.

Amazing staff at what used to be the shop at Indooroopilly! Couldn’t have asked for anyone else to help show me how to wick etc for the first time! Shopped with them for years now. Always prompt delivery and fair prices. I can't comment on support because I simply haven't needed it. But I feel confident if I ever needed it that it would be quality also

I have been in two ir three super vape stores and Indroo’s one is by far one of the best customer service that I have ever had. Went there to buy some coils but they don’t have all the stock because they just opened a couple of days ago. Rick, was very friendly and offered me his own coils. He literally made my day. Super friendly and helpful, taking care of my needs. I definitely recommend this store.

I often purchase from SVS online, the main reason it's free delivery over $50 a usual purchase for me every so often. Better still delivery is fast!
I like attending the local store as well (Michigan Ave, Oxenford Qld) The person behind the counter is always knowledgeable and bright. Thats important when I'm trying to help a friend quit smoking and get him/her to come to the shop with me and get them started.

Love Super Vape Store, especially free shipping over $50.00 because I am often forgetting something. Therefore it is easy log in, re purchase + a couple of e-juices and the free shipping kicks in. Love the discounts on e-liquids and competitive pricing on Innokin Z coils.

Im new to vaping but i upgraded from my original Smok 22 pen to this brilliant Voopoo Argus and i couldn't be happier.
