The previous staff member who asked for everyone's ID regardless of their age no longer works here, so please don't judge the store based on the reviews from a year or so ago.

My husband went to buy a 6 pack if Guinness from this store and they only had 5 as the pack was broken but he still charged the same price as a 6 pac even though the pack was broken I’d told he had a choice to buy then at $6.00 extra yiu are kidding aren’t you . Never go back to this store they should have been cheaper not more expensive . Terrible service will stick to bws

I have visited this bottle shop 3 times. The tall middle aged guy behind the counter always has the worst attitude. I won’t be going again after today. He greeted me as I entered and asked how I was and I responded by saying “Well thank you” and he intentionally said under his breath loud enough for me to hear within a second of me responding “Me too thank you for asking”. He is always snarky and uninviting. Just makes you feel uncomfortable for even being in the shop.

Today my Mum and I walk into this store, to buy 2 bottles of chardonnay. The bloke behind the counter asked to see my ID. I have been buying from this store 1-2 times a week for nearly 4 years and he always insists on my ID. So Mum said I will buy them and he still insisted that I show my ID. He is rude, arrogant and should not be working in retail. As from now on this store has lost me as a customer. Do yourself a favour and don't buy from this store.Just a heads up I am nearly 32 years old.

My 38 year old mother of 4 partner was refused service today because she didn’t have her drivers license with her. She provided her QLD government issued forklift licence which has the DOB on it, but that wasn’t good enough for the bright spark behind the counter. Will be using the other bottle shop up the road from now on.

Can you please give your staff a chill pill, I'm 34 with kids, balding and a large mortgage driving a beat up old hilux, all I wanted was some beer and a rosè. I'm not 17 about to cause mischief in the park. Please don't be a knob and ask for ID then refuse service when I don't have it. Please pull his head in for me.

Lost a customer here - the man behind the counter needs to find a new job if he is not happy - very rude - has occurred on more than one occassion.
