I needed to exchange my shoes to a different ones and I had Kylie’s help today. She made some calls to others shops to see who had it and sorted everything out.

Fiona and Kylie were so helpful, friendly and kind. Unfortunately the shoes I was after didn’t quite fit, (please, novo, make shoes in size 11!) however their outstanding customer service still left me with a big smile and a beautiful bag to go with my outfit. I went in on the 2/12 and the lady working so helpful - I was in there for at least 20 minutes trying on 7/8 different pairs of shoes to desperately find some for an event last night. The staff were so patient and friendly!! :)

A friend and I came in last week and tried on several pairs of boots. The sales lady was so patient and helpful with us. couldnt have had a better experience great work guys

Excellent customer service, they were really busy with 1 girl at the counter and she managed to juggle everybody and go out of her way to be helpful. Perhaps understaffed, but quality staff nonetheless

Good range of shoes, just not for my feet, but good for the younger people. But they do have bags too.

Shoes are comfortable enough. I bought a pair of sandals/ thong type. As they do not have closed shoes to suit wide feet. I was disappointed after first wear the thong part came away from the sole. The customer service was really good and a replacement was ordered from another store. I did not wear them as often and took them with me on my trip to Rome. The cobblestones were my downfall even though I thought sandals would be great in Rome! Saddly they came apart from the sole again. My Dad cane to the rescue putting a hole in the base and tying through. So saddly cannot find myself buying again from this store. Thank you Novo for employees that are helpful and friendly.

Went there today to purchase 3 pairs of shoes. After 10 mins, no greeting, no service and no help, so no sale.
Bitterly disappointed.

Waiting out front at novo Monday morning 910 am nobody has arrived to open shop . No lights on . Pretty poor
