I’ve been a regular customer of MO for several years now. The main reason I love this store is because of the staff in particular Lauren. Lauren makes the best coffee in the Western suburbs! All of my team at work ask if Lauren is working before we head out for coffee
She’s so warm and friendly and she always has a smile 🤜🏻

Amazing service, food and atmosphere. I both shop here and stop in regularly at the cafe. It feels like home, the staff are SO super friendly, helpful and accomodating. Always a pleasure to walk in the doors. Just love this place! Special mention to my two favourites who always go above and beyond and have smile and warm welcome every day - Jarrod and Lou (naturopath Lou). You two excel in all you do and are outstanding. Recommend to all my friends! Thankyou for all you do! 😀

Talking about someone behind their back is never a good thing. It's a sign of disrespect, and can also unjustifiably hurt and damage the person on the receiving end. ...... As a regular MO customer of 4 years, one thing that I've observed is the emphasis, care, and effort they put into giving great customer service - which they do.

If you have a complaint, address it there and then, then let it go.

Love this shop. Both the market and cafe. Good product selection and can always find things when in need. We visit at least once a week.

Went in on Monday and was welcomed by a beautiful staff member called Shania. Was so pleased by her customer service I felt it was necessary to complement her. The fruit was delicious and reasonably priced but it was the customer service that truly sold me. Will definitely be coming back.

I drive past at least 10 coffee cafes every day on my way from home here in Brookfield, because I know I will be greeted at MO’s cafe by Jayden and his cheeky wit, and too enjoy his perfectly made brew. The man really is a standout ( and not just because he’s 190cm’s tall 😂) in a world increasingly filled with negativity. P.s the ladies are great also and the food creatively designed and also tastes great. 😉

What can I say - they have the best barista anywhere! Lauren is wonderful, knows exactly what I need 😁 I always make sure that this is my first stop in the morning.

I am grateful there is a well stocked (most of the time) organic shop in the neighbourhood. It is becoming a privilege (shouldn't be) to be able to shop organic these days. Staff are generally very courteous and friendly, not something to be taken for granted in these trying times. I support local businesses because they do it tough compared to the majors, who are gloating at record profits without any extra effort..

They know how to poach an egg and make great coffee. Love their healthy breakfast options and service is always reliable and friendly. A wonderful additional to the Chapel Hill community.
