Elvis was Absolutely fantastic and definitely made sure we got the right shoes for our jobs .. tried on many (didn't bother him at all ) and then came out with the mack boots and so pleased we spoke to a decent bloke that cares about customer service not just making quick $$

Sadie work wear pants are by far the best pair of pants that I have worn very comfortable good stretch at the waist tahnee, is the creator of these wonderful pants she is great when it comes to replying with emails I love how she was able to send me through a new pair of pants when my old ones were damaged. I wanted to leave a review as the staff went above and beyond to assist me and help me find everything I needed. I believe the staff member’s name was Trudy. I was a bit nervous as I didn’t have alot of product knowledge and was on a tight budget but she made me feel really comfortable and helped me find everything I needed. They even ordered a product I wanted that was out of stock for me, kept me informed via email, and it arrived quicker than expected. I’m really grateful for the kind and helpful service I received at Work Wear hub and will definitely be shopping here for everything I need from now on.

Excellent to deal with. Orders processed promptly. I had a recent warranty issue and Maria actioned my 3pm email and responded within the hour. 2 days later she was back to me with a response and the warranty issue was resolved. Couldnt be more impressed with that turn around.

I had just purchased boots and the zipper broke within 2 weeks of owning. I put in a request for help and Tahnee got back to me promptly and efficiently. Due to her help I was able to get another pair replaced quite quickly, Great customer service experience.

Purchased 5 pairs of FXD women's work pants which have great functionality with lots of pockets and fit well with a reasonably thick, stretch cotton. Had a quality issue with one of the pants that I purchased, because most work wear has not been tested by boilermakers ( which should be the standard industry for work wear testing). My issue was quickly resolved by Emily and a speedy solution was provided. Great service and super fast shipping. Very happy, thank you ! :)

Great boots but small for size so I had to return. I then managed to somehow glitch the returns system, thankfully Trudy was super helpful and got me and my refund on the right track really quickly and without a drama. Thank you!
