Collins Booksellers Bunbury

In this day and age and especially in the southwest, a bookstore is a rare commodity. It's really fantastic that we still have Collins bookstore here for our regional city. It's one of those places that you wander into for a quick browse but suddenly an hour goes past.
Even in these modern times of podcasts, audiobooks and everything available online, there are times when it feels perfect to just open the cover of a book, touch, see, smell and experience the written word in the old fashioned way!

Thank you to the the lovely staff who got my niece's specific book request promptly posted out and too me before Christmas! Such great customer service !

Always excellent service, they have never failed to get me in hard to find books and obscure comics..
Reasonable prices and they never fail to keep me updated on when my books arrive

5* just for keeping a local bookstore open. The staff are always welcoming and there's a great selection as well.

Staff are always friendly and helpful. If they don’t have a book in stock, they will try to order it in for you. Always a large selection of different genre of books.

This family store has made it through the difficult COVID times and still managed to keep operating. They order everything I've ever wanted in and do it all with a smile. Sure the prices are slightly higher, but for a small business to succeed when lots of book stores are selling out it's a fair balance to keep Collins on the main street. We also appreciate the attentive level of customer service and large selection of books in my favourite genres.

There's been a book shop in this location for as long as I can remember, and so it was lovely to return here after years in Perth. A well presented, tidy bookshop with all you would expect on offer. Very friendly staff on hand at the counter when I made my purchase. Hope to return sometime soon.

Easy to access in a wheelchair, very friendly service and that fantastic smell of real books. Eye candy for the reader that need to escape the digital world. Excellent range of books.

Store was easy to navigate and the person was able to help me with book choices based on what I had read so was very happy and got a new series to start reading

Fantastic friendly owners and staff. ANY book I've c ever needed wanted the stag go out of their way to find it or order it if is not in stock plus they ring you asap as it is in. ..that's rare these days!! The only problem. ...walking away without spending much money. Highly recommended

This is where I get all my books! I love all the staff and LOVE getting the warrior cats series by Erin hunter I'm glad that they have such a wide variety of the Erin's books and they have many other interesting books there to!
