Today, I had an amazing shopping experience at your store. The team member that helped me (can’t remember their name) was so so helpful. Not only did they display exceptional product knowledge that also went above and beyond to help me find the right pair of white pants. I was given exquisite advice, was brought multiple options and was provided with honest and helpful feedback. It’s not often that you get such amazing customer service in retail. Thank you x

Charlie from Universal Store Mt Gravatt was the most amazing person that I have ever met in a retail scenario. She spent close to half an hour helping me find exactly what I was looking for, as well as constantly checking in and seeing how I was going. The world needs more people like Charlie, thank you so much again for the amazing experience!

I just wanted to leave a review for Jasmine, her service was above and beyond! Not only did she welcome me into the store, but she actually engaged with me and went out of her way to show me multiple items.

She then helped me find my sizes and assisted me in the change rooms, gave me honest feedback on how everything looked and made my experience amazing.

On top of all of this, she mentioned it was her first day in this particular store. Girl deserves a raise, thanks Jas!

I went shopping for my birthday outfit today and was served by Andre. Exceptional customer service skills, he was incredibly friendly and totally went out of his way to help me in any way possible, giving me recommendations and honest ideas when I was clueless! Without a doubt deserves a raise, not many have the skill to connect with people like he does!

Genuinely love the team at this store. No matter who I’m served by they always seem to be super enthusiastic and willing to help out. They’re always super honest when I need help styling outfits and all round just quality customer service.

The two staff members working on 28/02 at around 11:30am gave amazing service! My friend and I came in stressing about last minute outfits on a time crunch and they were so friendly and accommodated to all our needs! They helped us get exactly what we needed and we can definitely say we can relax 😊

Very good customer service at Universal Store today. Kawa was very helpful in helping me with open suggestions about what pieces of clothing could suit me. I enjoyed the atmosphere of being served by Kawa today. Also, I have to mention that Bella provided great customer service when I was last at the store. Very kind and willing to help. Overall great service from the staff at the Universal Store at Garden City.

Kawa was amazing and made me feel extremely welcomed in the store. She made time to connect with me and understand my needs, and helped collaborate to find the perfect solution for me. On top of this she went out of her way to make sure the items I purchased were personalised to match my style. This was an outstanding experience and I will defiantly return.

Probably one of the best customer service I have received at a clothing store. One of the girls was great help with the sizing of the clothing and showed me a few different options to try on. Very satisfied with the customer service I received, will be back soon.
