Target Runaway Bay

Great variety of shops. The place is well kept, very clean and welcoming. Food, Bws, Coles, Woolworth, Aldi, kmart, bigw, boost juice and more. There are some terrific boutique clothing stores also. Plenty of parking outside and toilets are really clean. Some great clearance sales on. Plenty of early Christmas present options.

Excellent customer service from Owen! We came 20 minutes before closing and he was just a legend in helping us!

I found the layout and selection at this store much better than other locations.
I searched the Gold Coast looking for work skirts and found the largest and best selection here.
The store was also impeccably neat and tidy.

Had a Star wars lego sale on, Im a happy man.
Shoutout to Jenna at the assisted checkout section, friendly, helpfull and a lovely smile which brightened my day (even more than the 20% lego sale🤣)

I came in on Saturday morning to do some shopping and i couldn't find some of my items and a young man his name was Rayne helped me find the things i needed, he was polite and patient and had a smile on his face, there needs to be more retail workers like this! give this lad a raise.

I go for the one-off unique t-shirts that you should just pick up if you spot 'em, or you regret it. E.g. the latest one I found was a 'One Piece' anime series top. Small lettering on the front right, big logo on the back, what a find!

Always great prices on their range of products. Bought a vacuum here last week, and it was $250.00 dollars off on sale. Oh yes, we all love a bargain.

I was greeted by Lara when I came into the store (did not know her name then) and then was served by Will at the check out. Will was very helpful and then Lara was also at check out and was also very friendly and helpful. It made my shopping experience far more enjoyable. I really appreciated Will's thoughtfulness at checkout.

Caz was absolutely amazing. Needed to find some maturity items, she knew exactly where to go and she treated me as a fellow woman not just a customer. We got to chatting and is someone I would love to see again next time I’m in the shop. Good experience!

hi I visited the runaway bay store this afternoon at approx 3pm. I was buying quite a few pillows in the store and had my hands full as I didn't get a basket or a trolley. As I was walking to other side of the store to the registers I dropped some pillows and was struggling. Josh was working at the store and came from no where to rush to my aid and picked up the items and offered to assist me and went and got a trolley for me without asking for one. Josh was extremely helpful and went above and beyond customer service. Was very unexpected and extremely appreciated. Please pass on my thank you to Josh. Absolutely fantastic. When mentioned to the manager Gerry he was very thankful and could see it was a nice team environment . Very impressed with shopping experience today.

I went there yesterday to obtain numerous items after moving to the area. I filled two large trolleys with merchandise and when I got to the checkout was informed that I had to order online for home delivery. I did not know what to do but after speaking with Jerry I was relieved. He told me he would drop them off on his way home from work. That is above and beyond his requirements for his job, No doubt. Thanks Jerry, your blood is worth bottling.

Great target in terms of staff but def the one with the worst stock! Was looking for something that wasn't on the shop floor and went to customer service and these 2 lovely ladies found the thing i was looking for out the back! (One of the best targets with the best customer service!!!)

A lovely lady named Caz was at self serve yesterday. She was polite, friendly and very helpful, you are lucky to have her.
