Julie was fantastic! I hired a porta cot and a car seat from her for a family visit. Quality of products was great, and I loved knowing the car seat was installed correctly by a professional. I will definitely be using Hire for Baby Knox again!

Julie is amazing and so exceptional at her job. She is fully experienced, so pleasant to deal with, and worked wonders fitting in 3 baby car seats across the back of both our cars, a Toyota Camry and Mitsubishi Triton dual cab. We thought we would have to buy a different vehicle but Julie made it work. We were so worried about how this was possible but Julie's knowledge and experience are exceptional. She advised on one visit that a new anchor point had to be custom installed on Triton middle back seat. Which we did and got certificate by next visit. Making it possible to fit all the seats by next visit. Was instant relief as we were so worried how this was going to work. She took the time to answer all our questions and was so thorough, ensuring safety and peace of mind. As each child has moved from capsule to baby car seat we have used other fitters but none were are pleasant and professional and lovely and experienced as Julie. Highly recommend her. I've used Hire for Baby a few times and have always been happy with the service. This time Julie was particularly accommodating when I had COVID a couple of weeks before my baby was due and she was about to go on holidays. She worked with me to find a solution that got me the capsule and avoided contact.

Julie made everything extremely easy from booking to showing me how to use the capsule. Would definitely use hire for baby knox again.

Honestly don't give reviews often but Michael from hire for baby has been soooooo kind and helpful, they were very quick to respond when I needed to rent a pump which was so needed as I had mastitis. They were flexible in when I needed it by extending so easily and when my own purched pump came they refunded me and took the pump back at my earliest convenience. I really really can't over recommend this business. So kind so helpful and the pump was clean and in perfect condition.
