Staff have been nothing but lovely to me, I come here a few days a week for coffee/fuel. Always efficient and friendly :))

The best worker in the world is on tonight 27/01/2021 at 11pm. He was super friendly and a great help, we will definitely be coming back here, it was the best service weve had in months.

Small, but has everything you need. Has ATMs inc commonwealth, coffe , sandwich couple of coffee machines .. and friendly night staff.. 🙂

Zero customer service. The very basic of greetings, "Hello" or "Thank you" is missing.

I've been coming here for years and the quality of the staff is declining. ı came at shop 17/03/2023 01:30 till 01:48 I waited at the door, the employee was not around. If my friend who is the owner is reading this place you pay hourly but your employees keep it closed for minutes.

Staff member working at 4:15pm on 30/1/23 was not friendly to me at all and when i told him I couldn’t put the lock back on the SodaStream box he said nothing, took the key and fiddled with the lock until it locked, then he said nothing and stormed off looking back to shoot me a nasty look. I said Thankyou and he still said nothing. He was so rude. The lock was rusty and hard to lock. If you are going to make your customers use the key to open and close the lock, please make sure it is not so difficult that I have to ask your staff to lock it because obviously they don’t think it’s their job to help in case of difficulties. Please also train your staff to smile and converse with customers and basically not be horrible.

I had a very bad experience here this morning. I paid $5 for a small cup of coffee and got blamed from the stuff. There was no greetings or smiles. The stuff was very unfriend. He put a small cup for my regular coffee and blamed me if I did not know how to use the coffee machine I should ask him. I really do not want to put an one star even, exactly it deserved 0 star :(

Get off your phone while serving customers. Very rude.

My first time to get the 711 reward and was very happy to redeem it. However the guy give a very very good face to me!! What the! This is promotion from 711 not stelling from you! Not recommended try other 711.

Advertised a cheap Petrol price on their app. I locked the price in. I live 2kms away so it's my local store. Then decide to not honor the price because THEY have made a mistake. I didn't even get a notification email until hrs after they had deleted my fuel lock. I understand deleting anyone who lived a long way away rorting the system but anyone who consistently uses this store to purchase fuel should have had the price honored.

Couldn't give 0 star! Extremely rude and arrogant operator! Waited to pay when operator was counting cash and ignored customers altogether for sometime. When asked twice to excuse us, he told me go away and don't come if I can't wait. This store is setting up new standards of customer service.

the operator who operate on the 31 August around at 8:30 PM, he was very rude. Very lack in customer service, he need to learn to say thank you or respond to hello atleast...

Terrible service, and very rude owner, not suggested. Been there today for free coffee and donuts which given by the app, but he refused to give me both. I asked why and argued that other store can give me both, he said do not worry about others or 7-Eleven, he is the owner, and he makes the rule. I won't be there again.
