You can not believe I spent $0 to fix my battery

I got many quotes from phone call about repair mu car battery they all about $250-400, then I called here and drove my car for a check

Staff here named Dez helped me to check the battery and he found my battery is still very health, the reason why my battery was always dead is because the connection parts between car and battery was dropped !

I feel sorry to waste his time and ask how much labor I can pay for him and he goes : you don’t need to pay anything and happy to save your money!

What I can say? Such a nice person and you can hardly find such good people in Melbourne now

Experienced, professional and genuine customer service.
Took my deep cycle battery in last week believing it was dead and fully prepared to buy an expensive replacement(that I really couldn’t afford). The man clearly knew his stuff and took time to discuss why things might have gone wrong and also repaired my battery over a few days for very little cost. The two serving me when I collected seemed genuinely pleased they could fix my battery and gave me helpful advice. Will be returning for any future battery needs, with good faith, thanks guys.

Been coming here for a while now for my cars and scooter battery needs and every time I have been greeted courteously and given straight up advise on the battery issues.

Any fixes is done with little fuss. Today is no different. My wife’s car battery is nearing its end and got it replaced in 10mins.

A prompt and efficient service. Dez was very helpful and very knowledgeable. I called about a dead battery and he came and fitted a new one within an 1hour. Would recommend for anyone with battery issues.

Have been having issues with my car not starting, only to find out the battery a local mechanic put in less than a year ago is not the correct size. Got my new battery today and the staff were super friendly and knowledgeable and the fitting barely took 5-10 minutes. Super happy and appreciative! Highly reccomend this store.

I was very happy with the service I received over two days and the effort staff went to to assist myself . It also gave me an opportunity to observe the staff interacting with multiple people coming into the shop . Not only were they able to solve the problems for the customers,but they displayed patience and kindness to all… I have no hesitation to recommending Battery world . Well done to the staff.

These people went out of their way to backup their product. Any battery can go flat but the proprietor, Chris, got me going again and I wasn't out of pocket.
That was a car issue. They carry a range of marine batteries, motor bike batteries, and everything else right down to small button batteries. I've been a customer there for a few years now and won't be going anywhere else.

Nice shop. Prices match competitors but they go above and beyond and help you fit the battery. They helped fit my Mercedes auxiliary battery and added extra washers to the main retention bolt and also added a positive terminal cover which Mercedes did not include out of the factory, so overall great service and very satisfied.

One of the fellas, on his way to his break, saw my partner and I with a toolbox on the carpark and very nicely offered to take on his break time to help us change the car's battery. A+ customer service and great people, I can only recommend that place!

I recently had a great experience with the branch. My old battery was kaput and leaking acid and Dez took the time to clean up the battery holder of acid residue. Only paid for the Yuasa battery with the price as stated in their web site with the installation, cleaning and all checks being free of charge. So good job Battery World and I have no qualms on coming back because of the exceptional service, good brand selection and great value for money.

Chris was very helpful and knowledgeable. He tested my car batteries for free and told me that they’re still in a good state. He didn’t try to rip me off by selling me new batteries and his sincere honesty will make me definitely going back to him when I need batteries. I can highly recommend him.
