McDonald's Mountain Highway

This was one of the best McDonald’s I have been to for many years! It was newly renovated but maintained very clean.
The burgers were prepared very nicely and neatly. (Usually, burgers can be prepared very messy and do not look nice)
Also after COVID-19, many McDonald’s just give burgers in the takeaway bag although you order as ‘Dine-in’. However, this was the only place that served the set on the tray. My son was very happy about it. (He always felt guilty about too much rubbish from the packaging)
Hope they maintain this high standard for a long time. 🤗

Honestly one of the best McDonald's in Melbourne, no exaggeration! The staff are very friendly and down to Earth. They are proficient in order taking and serving, if they do stuff up an order, which is very rare mind you, they fix it up right away if you ask them. Most of the time its usually me who makes mistakes when putting my order in at the touch screens things they have now hahaha!!

I would highly recommend this McDonalds over any other. Not saying the others are bad, this one is just better :P

After recent renovations, the atmosphere and set up can be argued the best among eastern suburbs.
Customer service here is almost much better than other stores.

They're just what you need on days when you just don't have the time—they're centrally located in the Bayswater / Boronia / Wantirna confluence of roads and are run by a bunch of hardworking young folk.

We've had one or two wrong orders and missing items on occasion, but overall you have to give kudos to the staff running 24/7—and it does get busy often, especially for drive-thru.

Served by Nick - I ordered an item but forgot to add customisation, spoke to him at the counter and he responded very friendly, remembered my customisation and passed me my order when completed. He also helped other customers in between. Great customer service.

One of the best dine in experiences I've had at maccas for awhile other joints should take note. The manger and staff all working together having a joke with each other and making fresh tasty fast food. Even tho they were busy they still managed to produce properly fried chips and salted, with fresh ingredients within the burgers and proportioned right. Was the real goldylocks zone for burgers. Really took me and my three sons back to the 1990s maccas vibe, comfortable, great customer service, fun, funny, easy going, relaxed, classy.

Clean tables and fresh air also, maccas alfresco!

It's great to dine at a Macca's where they listen to your order & deliver on it with 100% accuracy.
I had to wait for my chicken nuggets and got fresh fries 🍟 as a result. Big bonus points for that.
However, what I do find annoying is when you order in, are asked to take a seat so that the staff can bring your order to your table, and then they forget, bringing your order in a bag instead of on a tray as requested.

Best in the area. So clean. And toilet are clean and fresh.

I had wonderful customer service from a girl named Alanah on drive thru. She was very friendly, and clear when speaking on the speaker when I was struggling with my app order code. Amazing Mcdonalds store, and excellent customer service! I will be coming back to order again.

Staff provided quick and friendly service during a very busy period. Great work team. Food and coffee was hot with a minimal wait time.

Always so slow! Fix your drive through

As far as Mcdonald's restaurants go, this one is the most consistent in its quality and service. If you're low on time and energy these guys will sort you out with a cheeseburger where the bun is crispy, the patty juicy and the cheese is melted just right. Their staff are always really friendly and they never forget the dipping sauce!!

This store is taking the situation very seriously, even the patty and the bun are practising social distancing.

Amazing customer service from both Broady’s at this store!!
Deliveroo driver didn’t turn up so I called the store directly where I organised to pick up my missing order dealing with both Broady’s who were polite and happy to help us.
They made it really easy to re-order while we waited for a refund from Deliveroo!
