Petstock Joondalup

I recently decided to adopt an abandoned rabbit and her daughter. I know little about rabbits and was pleased that one of the staff at Pet Stock in Joondalup has rabbits of her own.

The staff member was extremely helpful and passed on many rabbit tips to me! The other staff members were also knowledgeable in this area.

A big thank you to the staff who have made my life a lot easier. 🫠

Popped in today to buy a few things. We were served by Tyla, who has a very high level of customer service skills and very thorough product knowledge. With his expertise we were able to select the perfect items for our pets. Thanks Tyla! We will be back!

Friendly atmosphere ,well stocked , reasonable prices

Hayley was super helpful, I would highly recommend her. Went there to buy a harness for our gsd and she spent so much time with our dog to find the one that suits him the best. She went extra miles to teach us how to handle the dog with different harnesses.

Very friendly staff and helpful. Good stock of stuff and also has greyhound specific coats due to their different shape. Good selection of food and toys.

The puppy training is excellent. Brett is very helpful and knowledgeable and has an excellent rapport with all the dogs. His kind and gentle approach is very reassuring. The classes are a good size so that your dog and you get enough attention and time from the trainer. Highly recommend.

According to my receipt, I was served by a friendly lady named Katishe. She took the time to explain to me how the Pet Stock rewards system worked now that I am a member, as well as Click & Collect options. She also informed me about medicinal options for rabbits which would suit my needs. Very patient, informative and friendly employee.

First time at the groomers today with Archie, he’s a 5mth old toy poodle & really scared. I dropped him off & wished them luck with him. Oh my goodness! He was adorable when I picked him up & half the dog, without all his fur. They did a fabulous job, more than I was expecting, really thorough & I had notes to take home to help with his nerves with the clipper etc which was so helpful. I love being able to book online, it is so easy. I highly recommend the groomers at this store 🐩🐾

I have a motorhome, difficult sometimes to find good parking. I saw Red Rooster, and drive through. Ah great plenty of good parking area for my bus.
I went in, starving. Very friendly staff, asked for a roll, not advertised. But, they gave me what I asked for, happily. The restaurant was Covid Safe. Clean, tidy. The bathroom was perfect. The meal was amazing. I have not had it before. Big roll, chicken yummy, lettuce & gravy. So delicious. I attended the following day. One for me one for the dog. Then drove full and contented back to the station way out bush. Thank you you.

Staff in this specific store are amazing. Make my life easier thats for sure. The groomers are also super sweet and understanding- did an incredible job on my grumpus. Really great team overall! My fav store...

I went in today to get my dog food, had forgotten my purse, tried to sign up for zip pay and it wouldn’t work as I didn’t have ID on me. The staff were so helpful and gave me some samples just to get through the night as everything was due to close. Definitely recommend the store for anyone who wants advice or help with their animals.

Staff always very friendly. I use the the grooming service for my little dog. They take great care of my boy.

Very helpful, my dog who is usually scared of people let one of the girls help me fit a thundershirt very impressed with how much my dog liked her. Also loved meeting their golden retriever team member Sophie!

Best PetStock north of the river! Brett is very knowledgeable and great with all the dogs in puppy training. Very competitive prices on Advance wet food. Would highly recommend to everyone.

These guys are fab. Super knowledgeable and helpful, without pressure. They run awesome puppy/ dog training classes, and Sophie the furry four legged staf member is a delight!
