Even on a 38 degrees day, Will was nice enough to fit us in last minute for a car seat installation and gave a thorough detailed explanation on how to correctly use and adjust the baby seat. His insights and attention to detail was greatly appreciated and I will tell everyone I know with a newborn to make sure they visit Baby Bunting Joondalup for any car seat or baby needs.

If you have a baby or about to make one, Baby Bunting is the place to go after or before... they dont sell contraceptives however!!!

We have been shopping here a lot for our new baby and the staff are always friendly and helpful. They often have good sales too, so wait for an item to go on sale if you can!

We purchased a car seat from here and found a defect after we installed it nearly a month later. At first, we were given the wrong instructions about how to follow up with warranty by a staff member, but that was quickly cleared up by Cathy, the store manager.

Cathy reached out personally after she found the error and made sure it was addressed, turning it into a very positive and pleasant customer experience. We exchanged our seat for a new one.

Great customer service from the manager! We had an issue with our carseat and finding the correct information and if the seat would suit our car, she was able to quickly find us the correct information and as the seat we purchased wasnt suitable returned the seat for us with no issues.

Very happy with my experiences at Baby Bunting Joondalup over the years. Julie is fantastic and helped with my recent issues with a baby monitor and ensured we had a new unit within a day.

Picked up a click and collect order here today, it was very straightforward, there is a clearly marked loading zone at the back of the store. While I was calling the store to initiate pickup, the guy manning the warehouse saw us and was able to do all the processing of order number/ID etc on the spot, and helped us get our giant pram box to the car. Very happy with how easy and straightforward it all was, thank you!

Had my car seat installed the other day and couldn’t be happier with the lady who did it. She was so nice and informative as well as quick , explained so much as it’s our first child. Overall she was amazing.

The staff in this store are so helpful. I went in looking for a stroller for my granddaughter and was asked if I needed help. She was very knowledgable and recommended a brand that they no longer had in stock, so rang the Midland branch, and reserved one for me. The Midland store did not have stock of the free Organiser gift that came with the stroller, so the lady in Joondalup said She would hold one for me, if I purchased the stroller. The staff at both branches were fabulous & I can't thank them enough for their advice & help. I am thrilled with my purchase and the free gift and highly recommend both stores.

Every time so pleasant and friendly experience at Joondalup store. Lovely workers are so happy every time we come,perfect parking,baby and toddler items, everything in one store. We bought two highchairs there, steelcraft which was perfect and then Poppy which was difficult to clip on with a toddler and even though we used it for two months,they happily took it back and refunded all money!!! A lovely manager lady said:Marry Christmas to me and I was not only happy but honoured by that kindness really. So we came back and bought a simple high chair at lovely Baby b at Joondalup. My girl is almost 2 and I will never forget every little item we bought there. I can only say all the best about that store. And I really recommend it to all of the mums there❤👌

Victoria was an invaluable resource for two totally gobsmacked first time parents in a baby shop for the first time. Her time was endless and her information and guidance was outstanding!! For us, she was the perfect sales person. When we are ready to buy, we will certainly be back to Baby Bunting Joondalup. It was also reassuring to know staff members don’t work on commission. We felt Victoria really listened to what type of parents we want to be and guided us accordingly. After our visit, we can honestly say we are not as daunted at getting our essentials as we were going in!

Bought a rocking chair at Joondalup baby bunting at a good bargain. I drive a Holden cruze and I couldn't see how the chair was going to fit. Thanks to Jessy he managed to remove the legs and still it wasn't fitting. What I liked and appreciated about Jessy is he refused to give up and managed to disassembled it into pieces that could fit in my car. Well done and thumbs up to Jessy.

Staff are helpful EVERY time i have been here from great product advice to someone helping me put my shopping in the car due to me having my newborn & it raining. I have never been disappointed leaving here... everything we have purchased has exceeded expectations & has been money well spent. I have been into baby bunting in Joondalup store many times now over the coarse of my pregnancy and after the birth of my daughter . I highly recommend sales assistant Lisa who has gone out of her way to help me everytime i have come into store . She is so lovely to deal with and has so much knowledge and expertise. Lisa made the whole shopping around and buying experience so easy for me . I know i am in good hands when there is something i need or want to know about i feel comfortable in just leaving the hard decision making to her .

Couldn't be happier with the service I receive here on a regular basis. Today I had a new car seat fitted on site by Sean who (despite being very busy) was friendly, funny, efficient and ensured the safety of all our car seats ... not just the new one. Thank you.

Not only was she knowledgeable on requirements she was happy to help assist us when trying it in our car and gave the most helpful tips for our soon to be family of five
My son loved his experience there he talked about her on the way home she was just so great at her job!!

I purchased a Oricom baby monitor from Baby Bunting 11 month's ago. Over the past 3 month's it started to constantly beep and loose range.
I was at my witts end - I've got a baby sleeping throughout the night and my monitor was keeping me awake every hour!!
I phoned Oricom support and we carried out some basic trouble shooting over the phone which didn't help. Oricom advised that I needed to visit Baby Bunting to arrange my monitor to be sent awayfor inspection... I was very cranky on my way to the store until I met Barbara!!
Barbara contacted Oricom support after inspecting & sighting the issues with my monitor and within half an hour; I had a brand new monitor as my original monitor was within the warranty period...
Thank you Barbara from what was going to be a long drawn out experience to something quick and extremely pain free!!

Me and wife were Served by a champion staff member Robyn . She is such a wonderful lady , she explained us the difference between different car seats and prams . Helped us choose the right one within our budget .
