Just wanted to say a big thanks to the Active Medical team. They went above and beyond to ensure I found what I was looking for. I noted when I came into the showroom they came to assist me straight away and had great product knowledge. I work locally as an OT so will definitely keep them in mind when helping out my clients with product trials. thanks again!

Been dealing with Active Medical Supplies since the beginning of this year. Despite COVID19 and the unexpected turns of events thus far, AMS have been the consistent support.

Dealt with other suppliers who had spent months wasting my time. With AMS, from reception to delivery - the prompt acquisition & set up of services and goods upon my request was met each and every time. Their knowledge of NDIS and Allied Health processes was beyond exceptional.
The showroom staff were helpful & extremely responsive to all forms of communication (regardless of the hour) and were extremely proactive in ensuring that I purchased the appropriate items that aided my personalised needs.

Everything they said they would do, they did.
Great people that eased a little of my pain and assisted my circumstances in a very holistic and compassionate way.
AMS will continue to be my preferred supplier of any future needs for myself or my family.

We urgently needed the best Regency Chair that had the latest technology. AMS had the specifics, the staff were super helpful (Arianna), and then a Rep came to our mum's nursing home to demonstrate the chair to the nursing staff. We have nothing but praise for AMS and their thoughtful and supportive staff. Thank you for contributing to keeping our mum comfortable during this time in her life.

If they know the product you are after is not beneficial for you they will not sell it. That is amazing. I can feel that money does not drive them. Or maybe they know happy/healthy patients will bring money eventually. Thanks Active Medical for still having ethics.

Their product knowledge is great. Their customer service when you say you have NDIS funding and are needing to purchase a new product is great. BUT. THAT is where it stops. If you want actual customer service AFTER you purchase and actual service on the equipment you buy - especially when it breaks within weeks of purchase FORGET IT.
I had purchased a Shower commode for my Mother. Sales Reps came out and it was customised for Mum however it was delivered without the seatbelt attached - was promised a service tradesman would be sent out to fit the belt as soon as it arrived - for free. I believe I was told that around April 2020 - STILL waiting despite many many phone calls and emails from me AND my Support Co-Ordinator as well.
In the meantime the hydraulic lifter on one leg has broken - happened within 6 weeks of delivery. In the first phone call I was told the Service Trademan will be ringing to arrange a time to come and fix it. This was June - constant emails and calls and it's 29th September - STILL waiting! I even use the email address of the lady who was personally handling everything. We have emailed everyone on the website - no answer or phone call from ANYONE! Even an email from my NDIS Rep advising them that a formal complaint through NDIS would be raised if no one contacted us by close of business, did not encourage anyone to contact me - even just to say we have recieved your email and are looking into it!
Will NEVER EVER use this company again for any of Mum's disability needs

From my dealings, these guys take government subsidies for delivery and then charge delivery. They make a killing. A strange bunch indeed.
