My order of new embroidered collars for my 2 dogs arrived today. They are such good quality, the names and phone numbers are easy to read. I found the lovely staff at Woolner store NT to be extremely helpful. She was able to answer my questions before purchase and it was great to deal with a real person.
I would highly recommend the service and quality from this store.

We came in today and had the best experience! Not only has the service been outstanding and the staff is beyond knowledgeable, they also were so kind to explain to us the use of a harness instead of the leash we’ve been using. Not a minute that we felt judged for following our previous trainers misleading advice!

We have been long term customers of Aussie Pooch and I cannot begin to explain the brilliant advice and high quality products we have purchased throughout the years from Hannah, Ross and the girls. It’s been so long we feel like a part of the family! Hannah has comforted me in tears, related to my pets issues and put me onto other businesses to help assist in our pet concerns. We have a very destructive puppy and wouldn't listen to us. We came across there harnesses and amazing quality raw foods which has calmed him down so much. They are friendly people and the store is very welcoming. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my dog needs.

I’ve purchased 2 harnesses from Aussie Pooch online and was so impressed with the quality of the harness. I struggled to find harness that fit my Whippets so was very happy when I came across these. I had an issue with one of the harness that arrived but the team got back to me literally minutes after I sent an email saying they would fix the issue asap! Soo impressed!! I’ll be sticking with this website for future!

Wouldn't go anywhere else for dog food and supplies. I am always accommodated, even made phone call to say arriving just on closing time, due to work commitments. And yet able to go there and purchase what is needed. Great customer service right there!!!
