After purchasing an add on for our lounge and realising the colour is completely different to the rest of the lounge, we returned it the next day and had a wonderful experience with all the staff especially Angela.

After a frustrating experience at other furniture outlets we decided to check out fantastic furniture.
Andrew and Angela were extremely helpful and friendly and it made our experience so much better.
They went above and beyond to help us and Angela helped me with colour selections and styles to match which our soon to be apartment and just by photos we showed her haha. Even though not all products weren't available at the time ( which is not they're fault as team members it's supply and shipping times) they let us know that in roughly 3-4 weeks our goods would be delivered.

Superb customer service. One of the best after sales customer service I have ever received in Australia. All I needed was a phone call to replace my bent chair. They found my receipt by name, asked me to email a picture & half an hour later I received a call back that my chair was ready to be picked up. Went to the store, didn't even need to wait in the line, the replacement was ready. Very happy 😊

Ordered in store, picked it up a couple of days later which was my first opportunity.

Staff in store were accommodating and efficient. Picking up was a breeze, was very straightforward. everything I ordered was right there.

When unpacking it was all in a good condition. No marks, no faults.

The only problem was that the lounge would not fit through the door and hallway due to angle and size. I rang fantastic furniture and I could return it and recieved a full refund.

I was reluctant to buy with this business due to lots of negative reviews. I normally do not leave reviews but I have to let people know that I had a great experience with this business, hassle free and accommodating.

I enjoy the range they have and will return to purchase smaller items around the house.

Good pricing and very friendly customer service, especially Kanchan. We were very confused about which sofa to buy. She was helpful telling us all the details about each and every we choose, even we took more than an hour to decide. She asked us about the purpose and recommened as we were overwhelmed by the choices. I am very happy with the recommendation, and it's fits and looks perfect in my house.

Angela at the Darwin store was so helpful over 2 weekends while I worked on what I needed and who could transport south for me. Once the transaction was complete she even walked me to the door. Excellent customer service!

I Needed a Sofa. I was looking for Comfort and Durability. It was Good to Have Several Sofas to Choose From. Customer Service Is Quite Helpful. I Bought a 3 Seater and a 2 Seater Sofa. Delivery is $79.00. I am Very Happy With the Purchase. $129.00 For GST was an Eye Opener which i definitely will Remember for Next Time. I got the Sofa that i Needed that's all that Matters.

if i could rate these guys at 100 stars i would, the boys in the warehouse were an absolute 10/10 for customer service, so friendly and helping me tetris my queen sized bed into my mazda.

The item i needed which was a carpet square or rectangle really was in stock. Andrew was very helpful and helped me put in my car. Made my day. Sorry can't take a photo because it's still in the car. My husband gad a stroke so he's not capable. We're waiting for a friend to help. Thank you Andrew

IKEA doesnt deliver to Darwin and we dont care because we have Fantastic Furniture 🙂

Everything is under warranty and can be replaced if there are any issues.

Massive store lots to chose from and even more online and delivery is available and its not too expensive

We dealt with Angela the assistant manager, what a pleasure it was to be served and looked after by this lovely, helpful lady, we were in and out in half and hour ( limited time with a ute ) she is a absolute credit to the business, we will certainly be back, highly recommend
