The V-Max theater is great. Massive screen and impressive audio. The seats are faux leather, large and comfortable with plenty of leg room. Equipped with jumbo size cup holders and a flat tray for phones, snacks and whatever. The concession stand serves all the usual snacks, and there is a bar available too. Buses are available on the main road outside the mall and taxi/uber pick ups are easily done from the carpark outside. It is a bit expensive, and whether or not there is a movie worthy of the cinema, playing at the time is unpredictable (Hollywood has churned out its fair share of duds over the last few years). But for those big blockbusters that you have been looking forward to for months (Oppenheimer, Dune etc) I'd reccommend makeing the effort to see it at the V-Max

Went to the cinema yesterday with my mum and daughter, it was absolutely one of the best experiences I’ve had at the movies. The manager on duty, Kulaia, was so incredibly kind and made us feel so comfortable. My child sharted herself and was so loud and she was kind enough to pretend she didn’t hear it so she didn’t get embarrassed. She was very approachable and was always smiling. Shes got no doubt the best customer service I’ve come across. Will definitely go again, highly recommend!

I had an amazing time at the cinema today with my wife and 3 kids. the manager on shift “kulaia” had the best customer service I have seen from a young person EVER. She made the trip quick and easy and any questions were answered with no complications. From my personal experience I think this girl deserves a pay rise because holy moley I honestly couldn’t believe how amazing she was at her job. even my 6 year old boy said on the way home in the car “father, that girl that served us today was impeccable at her job, I really think she deserves a pay rise” his words 😅. amazing work from the cinema, look forward to the next family outing there.

My family and I went to watch trolls (one of the early sessions) although it was early the manager on shift, I believe her name was Kulaia was so friendly and respectful. She helped accommodate me and my children. My son even drew her a picture to show how great full we were to see such good customer service. Everytime I go there and I mean EVERYTIME I am gobsmacked by the amazing management and such pleasant greetings.

Recently went to see ballad of song bird and snakes. Someone was filming and the manager, Kulaia came in and handled it very professionally. She escorted them out of the cinema as she should. If people were to read the T&Cs before entering the cinema they would know that no camera is allowed in the cinema. And if so immediate kick out with no refunds. I mean isn’t it common knowledge?

very nice cinema, the manager on duty (kulaia) was so lovely and accomodating for me and my mum. it was her birthday outing, and kulaia really made us feel taken care of. excellent service.

Chairs are big and comfortable. I fully enjoyed watching a movie here.

We love the Cinemas. The kids prepare themselves with a jumper because they get cold. I love how cool it is. We don't go to offen only because of the price tag that follows. Cost nearly a days wage, otherwise we would be frequent fly.
But seriously, how good is the popcorn. I'm always halfway through it before the movie starts. Lol

This is the best cinematic experience you can get in Darwin the seats are comfortable, screens are big. Overall it’s a great experience strongly recommend watching your movie/movies in V-max for the best experience.

I love this place Vmax cinema the absolute best, comfy leather chairs. Just bring a jumper and or a blanket, the aircon is freezing

came in to watch smile on the 29/09/22 and stephan was amazing, not only did he put up with 5 of us paying separately but wanting seats together, he also took a photo for us on the way out. definitely service with a smile and an all round lad.

Loved it comfortable new. Also check online certain days you can get cheaper prices. If your a Telstra customer you can use your points to book movie tickets, cost just $6.00 in administration fee's for 2 adults on boxing day. Awesome

Only V-Max experience in Darwin, Great Cinema Hall, lots of foods and drink options, sound and seating are great.. can't complain.. Toilets are clean and so is the shared area..

Without Doubt Best Cinema In Darwin. Awesome Surround Sound Set Up For Great Sound Effects. Comfortable and Definitely Nice Clean Seats To Sit On. Cinema 1 and 2 Are The Cream Of The Crop. Especially If You Want To Watch The New Movies That Interests You. As I Said This Is The Best Place To Go To Watch Your Movies On The Big Screen. Staff Is Great and Friendly. Great Customer Service As Always. Toilets Are Also Kept Clean That Definitely Is A Bonus. Overall You'll Have A Fun Cinema Time. Enjoy. Be Happy. Also You Have To Check In With Your Phone Or Sign In For The Covid19. It's Simple and It's Mandate. Now 2022 March 7th No Indoor Face Mask Required Yet Cinema Wants You To Have Vaccine Pass To Watch Movie. Sorry But I'm Not Interested. My IMMUNE System Is Great So Not Playing The FAKE Agenda.
