Burger Urge (Palmerston)

Came for lunch recently, never tried before. Settled on the bacon deluxe burger. Came out pretty quickly. Not too big or small. Couldn't find any faults, hot, fresh. tasted great. Second photo, second visit. Definitely recommend.

Haven’t tried Burger Urge before, thought we give it a go for dinner. All I can say was.. hands down the best burger we have ever tasted! Fresh, tasty and hot! It was so delicious. The onion rings are yum and the thick shakes are awesome. Average prices. We will be back!

First time in this place last night and it was amazing. Great Atmosphere. It Didn’t take long to get our food. I had the New Yorker With the share Plate And I was impressed, especially because me being an actual New Yorker I’m always judging anything that has New York in it but I was very impressed and satisfied. Customer service was amazing, the beautiful lady who took our order was patient and answered all of our questions on the drink menu with a smile and gracefully she was amazing. Definitely going back.

The food here is awesome, yes we had a problem with our order. But we called them and they gave us credit to order it again next time we came in free of charge, the food was awesome and the customer service was awesome aswell. It is hard to find good customer service in Darwin these days but Burger Urge in Palmerston was amazing.

2nd Visit: Liking their new burgers added, recommend the CHEESY THICC BOI! It has Cheese Toasties as the burger buns which was actually quite nice.

The Chicken Tenders are a must have! We loved the coating! Great first experience 😁

Its an absolute wind down space.. there is good feel as you walk inand Mr El diablo is a must have. It wasn't spicy for me probably should have tried the spicy sauce . Ginger beer hands down try it.. its smooth and an absolute refresher

Fresh great tasting burgers. The buns are not hard, meat is tender and juicy and the hot chips are also fresh. Decent sized portion burgers. Well worth the money. Probably one of our favourite places to eat foods at Gateway.

First time visit to Burger Urge Palmerston. The decor is amazing, staffs are super friendly and the Burger is top notch. Had the Waikiki Classic with a lot of modifications as I am a fussy eater. But the tall lady seems like manager was very accommodating fulfilled all my expectations and made the burger the way I wanted. Will be back with friends and family.

Great service. I had the southern chicken burger and the chicken was nice and juicy. My partner tried the Crocodile death wish. It was very hot but the staff took care of him with providing milk. We had a fantastic time. See you next time 😃

Came in for one drink and do some work, stayed for 4 drinks and ended up ordering food because I could see some amazing plates going out. I had the lovely Gemma serve me. She was friendly, attentative and hard working. My Chicken sandwich was delicious.

Food was so good and fresh too and FOH service was also soo good. We enjoy so much.

We just tried these two new delicious additions to their menu. The chili cheese fries were a bomb! And the cocktails sweet and dangerous. A must try

As a burger place, Burger Urge provides a reliable, consistent feed. I been to Gateway Burger Urge multiple times now and each time I have received exactly what I ordered. My one criticism might be that the price is higher than other franchised burger places, but with Burger Urge what is delivered to your table actually looks the same as the photos in the menu. I will certainly be returning the next time I have a craving for a burger.

We wanted good food without too much noise - decided on Burger Urge and we’re so happy we did. Great food, great service, cold beers. 👍

10/10 food and service. Great value! Half the price of other burger places, but great quality. Service is crazy awesome - Made my guests feel special! Awesome place and fantastic staff.
