This is such a must visit location or order online ; our family had tried some of these wonderful products at different places and had a great experience at their store.
Friendly staff, and brilliant natural Australian made products, highly recommended !

Washpool is my go-to for soaps, body washes, and hand cream. They not only smell heavenly but are made with great ingredients. I also love browsing the shop as they usually have a few quirky gift ideas.

Loved visiting Washpool. Could’ve bought everything in there. Highlights were the divine bath bombs, salts, soaps and natural skin care ranges. All natural ingredients to feed your skin and make you glow. Staff are so warm and friendly. Bought gifts for everyone! Highly recommend a visit.

The best toiletries I’ve found……ever. I used them when I stayed at Diamondvale Estate and sourced the shop out to bring some home. I’ve already ordered more. Soaps. Shampoo/conditioning bars (I’m converted), toothpaste, deodorant….i love it all.

Nothing short of amazing. I’ve had issues with dry lips for as long as I can remember, so stumbling upon this store in Stanthorpe and finding the only lip balm that gives me relief was amazing!
I continue to order online and always receive hand written notes and little added extras which is so appreciated. Couldn’t recommend highly enough!

I really enjoy these products and I love how the company focuses on being eco-friendly and sustainability. So far I have tried bath bombs, various soaps (hand, body, shaving etc) as well as their shampoo bar (which lathers really nicely). I also use their laundry/dish soap in the kitchen. Helps me cut down on plastic bottle usage.

Her commitment to customer satisfaction and more importantly soap was palpable, and it made my shopping experience all the more enjoyable. May I add the Apple Sage Sugar Scrub [SC2] ($18.00) and the Scent Free Wet Shaving Soap Puck [03] ($8.50) that was recommended to me by Emily really changed my perspective on my wellness routine.

I was also pleasantly surprised by the eco-conscious practices of Washpool Supply Co. Pty Ltd. We visited today because our accommodations had their soap and it smelled great. Just walking into Washpool was heavenly. It smelled so beautiful in there. The soaps were so aromatic and aesthetic. I took longer than I thought I would because there is so much to see- from soap, candles, handwash, lotions to lip balms and even dog shampoo.

My favorite would have to be the strawberry cheesecake soap.

Also would love to give a shout out to the lovely Kath who was so friendly and accommodating.

Love their products. Been buying from them for about 15 years and even sold their products when I did markets. Lovely to see their new place recently and bought my favourite kilo of soaps!!

Lovely products. I first tried the shampoo and conditioner in an air B & B and it was lovely in my hair. Shop set out well and customer service great. Dog friendly

Visited on a Saturday afternoon around 2pm. Glad we did. Tis in an industrial area with ample parking. Fannntastic selection of gifts, natural soaps, creams, ect. Well presented with friendly staff.

Not just soap! They also have a lot of other really nice products, including natural deodorant that actually works!

Love the soap! I am a regular buyer the 10 pack - "Coco-Nut with Coconut Cream" - it's the best as it's so moisturising and the fragrance is wonderful. Not overpowering. Postage delivery is fine too. However, I dropped in last week at the store. It's so cute! Recommend a visit down there to check out all the other products too.

incredible store with the best smelling candles i’ve ever had. i’ve purchased four candles from here and each one was perfect! came in store when they were closing up and the lovely ladies went out of their way to help find the products we were looking for. great eco friendly items and i look forward to purchasing further :)

Top notch. I have bought direct from this beautiful shop and also online. Absolutely the best quality soaps and hand/body wash. They really care about low-impact packaging and I appreciate it. Great prices, especially if you order bulk soap boxes. Highly recommended
