This place is excellent. The owner went out his way to fashion a new handle for my handbag. He did this out of a belt that colour matched the bag perfectly. I was only charged for the belt. Many beautiful products in store, and I love the fact that the tradition of leather good making is still continuing.

Great place to buy quality Australian made leather goods. It was great to see and have a tour of the workshop and talk to the workers and have a short talk on their tasks. Very friendly staff and a well stocked showroom. Highly recommended.

What a wonderful shop. They have everything. Mood lighting, amazing smell of leather with top notch service. I am so glad I was recommended this saddlery shop. Got sick of substandard Leather belts and a friend went to Kent Saddlery while on a wine tour and bought a belt.So I decided to buy one on line.The whole process from start to finish was second to none.Placed the order on 1.1.24 ,order acknowledged 2.1.24 order despatched 2.1.24,Ready too collect at the PO on 4.1.24.Packing was excellent. and the product was so good I will be buying a couple more belts, different width and finish.There was even a little packet of mints packed in with the belt.Hope Kent Saddlery does not change their processes ,because what they are doing now is perfect ,certainly know how to show up the bigger companies in the big smoke.Big pat on the back for the staff for the communications re the order.Well done.

Love it - We have a number of items from here via online shopping as we were driving past and stopped in to have a look and purchase. The team was wonderful and sorted to add logo to items purchased in store and post home for us.

Great experience purchasing from Kents saddlery, the item I purchased was out of stock so the store kept me updated on the whereabouts of my item while upgrading my shipping to express at no extra cost and when the item arrived a few days later it came with a little gift ( a pack of mints) definitely worth purchasing from kents.

Staff extremely courteous and knowledgeable. I purchased a locally made leather Kent belt (with snazzy brass buckle) whilst Ako fed the camel, alpaca and chickens outside!

Kents Saddlery helped solve an age old issue for us, what do you get the mother that has everything?
I had been searching for months for somewhere that would create and personalise a flipbook cover for a very specific Italian card game.
I was advertised Kents and within days not only had I ordered and paid but also received phone calls confirming item creation and shipping. I received the item within a week of payment, which is no small feat during covid and now we have a beautiful gift of which we will be told "you shouldn't have".
5 stars, amazing service, we will be buying from them again.

A really super place for all things leather - saddles, bridles, bags, shirts, bracelets, belts, hats etc. High quality. Dinky di Oz, with Arkubra hats plus Austn and US Stetsons. Lots of other goodies. Great staff too.
