JB Hi-Fi Helensvale HOME Superstore

We were passing through on holidays and the staff were so lovely! My kids were with me so I was sneakily buying Christmas presents. The staff chatted to the kids while I paid, and took my items to the counter so they didn't see. On the way out a glass bottle fell out of our car and staff came out and helped clean it up. Honestly I'd drive the hour to come back, their friendliness made our day.

Stopped in yesterday to grab some last minute items for our holiday. The store was super busy but staff were all still extremely happy to help and all with smiles! Makes a pleasant change these days to walk into a store with happy staff 👍❤

From communication over the phone to moving to online ordering to warehouse delivery the process was AAA. great experience . Thankyou JBHIFI

Went on Sunday of the black Friday sale with my mum as she needed some air-conditioners and a vacumn we were served by Sam, he was so helpful and had amazing customer service, it was busy, He acknowledged the other customers and let them know they would be waiting a few minutes, and I was impressed by how calm and professional he was but importantly he knew his products✔ fantastic experience 👏

I know sometimes peeps winge about service & yes, I've been frustrated at times, but I have also noticed some customers waste the service assistant's time with many questions when they're not really going to purchase anything, or yap on with their life stories, holding them up from assisting anyone else. What a great JB Hi-Fi outlet. A great variety of tech is available at this outlet. It’s on the M1 so it’s very accessible if your on the M1. A great outlet.

JB Hi-Fi is usually good place to get good Burgin, and store in Helensvale is not an exception. Professional staff with good knowledge and experience.

I went to coomera branch prior and was very sad at the service and not helpful.
Helensvale branch is a 5 STAR for me.
