Mr Toys Toyworld Helensvale

I personally haven’t been in the store, I called today and spoke to a lovely girl name Jess , I called to enquire whether or not they had a particular item in stock, They did not, and Jess asked me would I like to be transferred to the Coomera store? I voice that I wouldn’t be able to get to the coomera store even if they did have the stock and Jess Generously offered to pick up the item and bring it back to the Helensvale store if they had my item in stock, sadly they did not, but it blew my mind that I wasn’t even a customer yet and she went out of her way to help, I had contacted another one of the stores to see if they had the item, and although the girl was polite, I did not receive the level of customer service that Jess gave me from the Helensvale store

Tell you the truth thay have done well dealing with my mum I find it hard I feel like that's the place to be love ya works thay done well😘

No excuses for not having the right colour the right tool for building your model's.

Jessica and Kayan always provide me with just that kind of proffessional support in choosing gifts for my grandchildren whenever i go into the shop at Helensvale,it's always nice to know that there are great staff out there who are passionate about what they do and are dedicated to providing excellent customer service.

Just had a great over the phone conversation with the store Manager Lisa. I am going to be a Santa in a shopping centre and was advised to get my head around what kids are asking for by the Santa trainers. Lisa could not of been more helpful, polite and helpful. Awesome service from what sounded a young lady

Whenever I am looking for things Pokemon, it is to Mr Toys Toyworld I go. They even had this RAD car. I'll take 3!

Can definitely give 5 stars awarded by 9yo grandson with birthday cash burning a hole in his pocket. As a regular toyshop shopper he loved it here. Apparently items does not always see. So, yep, for toys go to Mr Toys!

The Helensvale store is the absolute best. The staff are always friendly and willing to go the extra mile. We have always had great shopping experiences there. Special thanks to Joel and Leah, you guys are the best.

My partner was checking out the RC cars and we met Joel.. his service was brilliant from the start and even given the fact we bought two cars and had a couple issues with them Joel has gone above and beyond to help us and fix the cars. Super pleased with his service :)

For those wondering, yes you can hold a toy with Mr Toys Helensvale and pick up a few days later. It was so easy to walk in, pick up, and leave. We were in-store for less than 2 minutes as the held item was clearly marked for pick up.

Great friendly staff always helpful and when we go in to buy birthday presents they always go above and beyond to put into the bag for us and take the price tags off. And always great prices wouldnt go anywhere else.

Went into my nearby Toyworld at Helensvale and received exceptional customer service by the young girl there, then went into the Toyworld Coomera on their opening day only to find the same smiling helpful young girl. Thankyou for your help and lovely manners especially being so so busy you definitely made my Christmas shopping so much more pleasant

Lots of toys there and really good staff. Fixed my son's rc car there a few times and the staff are very helpful and know their stuff too.

We come here for my 5yo mostly to buy Pokémon stuff or Orchard Toys games and whilst it’s not the cheapest, the service is good.

The front counter staff are so friendly and helpfull especially the lovely girl that served me this morning , the shop has top quality products , its a pleasure just to go there
