McDonald's

We came and ordered a family bundle at the kiosk and ordered the mc Oz but after paying we were told that they no longer sell the mcoz and there was an error with the kiosk. The manager who was on last night refunded us the money and gave us new burgers free of charge. He genuinely seemed to care, had great customer service and resolved the issue quickly and was sorry for the mess around. The rest of our dinner also was correct and was lovely. Thank you.

I came in after a very long day as a chef, all I wanted was a burger with lots of onions, I was not disappointed, thanks greatly I will return when I once again desire burger with many onions, also the place was very clean and staff were lovely, but onions are the main reason for the review

just went through the drive thru and the lovely girl behind the speaker marley was such a help and had spectacular service with a lovely smile sun 17th 8:30

The service is definitely improving here, the person in drive through spoke clearly, the person on payment window was quick and confident, and my order was prepared and given to me very quickly. All staff were very friendly and provided excellent service 😊 great job!

I came in 06/06/20 and I got served by the most amazing young girl, Sarah I believe her name was. She honestly was so nice and easy to communicate with. I’d just like to thank her for making my experience amazing. Perfect example of what a McDonald’s worker should be like.

Went through the drive thru, paid and rolled up to the next window. Didn't need to stop, got handed our food while we were still rolling.

20/10 would recommend going to this "M nald's" again (the sign is currently missing some letters).

Honestly the food Is great and looks well presented even though you can see the staff are in a rush because its really busy all the staff are friendly and act like they enjoy being there and enjoy there jobs the restaurant was clean and we were even welcomed as we came in the door by a staff member holding the door on her way out to clean up after a family had just left the food is great the service is excellent and was still warm when we got it I will definitely be recommending this MacDonald's to go to

I had an issue with the quality of my order however once I raised it with the manager they fixed it very quickly. Great customer service.

Busy Macca's that can attract a young hoon some late nights, other then that it's ok for how busy it gets although coffee there is a hit and a miss
I usually have breakfast at a McDonalds or a Hungry Jacks if there's one nearby.
Yesterday I went to the local McDonalds & WOW. Friendly service; clean premises; the food was not made beforehand and left to go hard under a heater - it was fresh and tasty.
I went back again this morning, and had the same experience.
(While I'm happy to congratulate the store, I do wonder why other outlets can't be as good?)

Always fast service and they seem to always have ice cream available when other maccas say the machines are down for maintenance. late at night when you need that ice cream fix this ia the place to go!

Nice and clean Maccas generally. Friendly staff. Many are in training but have handled even difficult orders I've given without a hitch so far.

I also visited 20/03/20 l alway go Holmview Coffees great especially if you like froothy capacino. Foods always fresh as well. I love the staff warm and friendlh and they keep the place spotless.😄

We used this Catamaran to get us from A to B whilst at a day trip to Hamilton Island. Staff were friendly especially the ship's captain. Clean and modern.
