Hungry Jack's Burgers Upper Coomera

Was very impressed today, the man who is training the young gentlemen is extremely patient and a great communicator. He has the store running like a well oiled machine. The young lad is doing his job very well. Good to see how eager he is. Food came quickly and was all fresh. No issues at all. Never been to a hungry jacks that’s running this smoothly before. Thank you.

Just ordered uber eats from here 9:00-9:30pm.
who ever is on is a master burger maker... honestly, give my thanks to this person. You don't see many burgers come out in fast food of this quality these days..

I dont mean this to sound as bad as it does, but i feel this hungry jacks has a new manager fairly recently. The staff are friendlier and happier, i dont get the same attitude i used to and everything seems to be quicker and cleaner. The even seems to be made with more care than a few months ago. All in all, im very happy with this Hungry Jacks and will make it a regular place to visit.

It was a great burger, because it had that nice taste and it wasn't too fatty!

The computer system crashed as we arrived at the drive-through so my app order disappeared. The manager honoured it anyway. Good service.

Came in at 3am had a massive order, Poor indian bloke seemed to be alone in the kitchen trying to get my order done aswell as others. Order was wrong with items missing but thats not my point , Big ups to the indian lad, kept apologising and seemed stressed but told him there was nothing to worry about and hes doing a good job, Keep your head up mate, Great effort never goes unnoticed….🙏

Good food worth for money.. good and friendly staff .. loved it ❤

Was there wednesday the 15/03 around 9 and the girl on the second window, Maddy, was really kind and welcoming, she was efficient at getting my order out quick and it was yummy and fresh. Cannot wait to come back again! :)

Ordered Uber eats tonight 7/6/22 wanted to swap a burger in my hunger tamers box which iv done before and my whole order turned up wrong (however they replaced it) I did the same thing tonight and spoke with a guy there who stayed on the phone while he confirmed it with who was doing the order and even mentioned to check it before it leaves. Sounded so happy and joyful person to work with. Thank you so much for being so on to it.

Very clean and tidy restaurant. All tables and floor were clean.
Burgers were very tasty and fries nice and hot.
Staff were friendly and efficient.

It was hubby's birthday yesterday and he got a free Whopper. That was pretty awesome, but he was especially chuffed that they wrote happy birthday on the box. Very sweet. Thanks guys.

I love this store! My regular hungry jack place. Usually fast! Good food! And the burstie drinks are ALWAYS The best and highlight of my day! I love the staff most of them are friendly. Some seem grumpy but most are happy and sweet:) love this store definitely recommend

Friendly staff, very quick service, but being the only customer there at the time, you'd expect that. Coffee and burger both good too.

We stay away from fast food as much as we can as being a family of five it can be very expensive for what you get, however mr 9yo birthday boy wanted it and we were surprised with the overall service, speed and cost even utilising family deals and special app pricing.

Came through last night the 29th of January 22 at around 3am and got served in drive thru by the kindest, happiest person ever. He was so friendly it literally made us so happy. Even after leaving we were talking about it. If you see this good on you! keep up the good work your a blessing!!!

Very friendly staff. Got served fast and the order came fast and correct. The girl that took the order was patient to hear the order from my young boy. This made him extremely happy and satisfied. Highly recommended branch for families with young kids, who want to enjoy some quality family time.
