7-Eleven

Just past exit 95 on the Pacific motorway the cap on my engine coolant expansion reservoir decided it didn't want to do that particular job anymore. All of the water in my engine had evaporated, stranding me and my daughter on the side of the motorway with no cell service after the recent storms. We walked across the bypass and the operator of the 7-11 was there with no electricity due to the storms. He asked how he could help us. I explained our situation and he offered us a Jerry can full of water to take back with us. He was easy about it and said we could bring it back on our way back through, or not. I like encountering that sense of community, especially when things are bad for everyone. I know it was probably a 15.00 item and some water, but it made a real difference. I know where I'm buying my petrol when heading to NSW.

It's a standard 7-Eleven with all the usual items and staffing.

I give 1 star due to the Indian who mans this store every morning. I’ve never come across such an unfriendly human before in my life especially from a 7/11. This dude won’t ever say a word to you . I walked out when a guy grabbed some food and dropped some napkins on the way out so I picked them up for him as he had a hand full and the first thing he says is that guy is unfriendly he didn’t say a word haha I said yeah I come here a lot and he never has said even hello he knows I know how much my coffee is so he just puts his hand out and says nothing he’s the most unfriendly Indian he needs to get another job and move on or learn how to greet and be nice to people it doesn’t cost anything sheesh. Unless he is a mute I take it all back but whoever owns this store u need to talk to him seems like he just hates everyone

I am nocturnal because of my job so at 2am I went to make a sandwich but realised I was out of bread so I came down to this store at roughly 02:30 on Friday the 23nd of December. When I got to the store the employee was just standing at the till on his phone surprise, surprise and when he opened the door to let me in not a single word or greeting was offered. I went and got the items I required and took them to the counter to pay, and still not a single word or greeting was offered. (Retail 101 ALWAYS acknowledge the customer after all the only reason you have job is because of the customer). He scanned my items but didn't let me know how much the total was he just authorised the EFTpos and pointed at it. I was paying cash so he had to cancel the card and still not a single word was said I had to ask him what the total was he very quietly muttered it but I couldn't hear. So I asked again what the total was this time I heard him so I gave him the correct change and then absolutely no acknowledgement or offer to return. Seriously I think Google should give us the option to give negative stars but seriously 7 Eleven you need to give your staff an overhaul or train them better because that service was up with some of my worst encounters I have had. Keep in mind the employees are the face of your business and is that really what you want representing your business. This store is very close to me but with service like that I will start driving up to BP coomera to get what I need because at least they know how to treat a customer. The employee there tonight is not the only rude employee working at this Gas station.

Went to the store at approx 10.35pm tonight. Console Operator (Dileep) had the doors closed. Not an issue at that time of night. HOWEVER, he was standing on the opposite side of the shop from the entrance, waived his hands and then casually went about mopping the store.
Around 5 minutes later there were 5 customers standing outside the entrance (2 wanting to get fuel) and he continued casually mopping and ignoring customers.
After finishing mopping and taking the bucket out the back, he stood in the console area with arms folded.
Eventually he opened the doors and stated 'I can't let anyone in with the floor wet' 😡😡.

At NO time did he even put out "Wet Floor" signage.

Formal complaint will be made during business hours.

Raja was unhelpful, aggressive in his service and was distracted by the AirPod on his ear bad enough I felt the need to write a review

I was there in 8/5/22 the man behind of the cashier whom serving the customers , I wanted to buy a frozen drink I grabbed the cup accidentally I took out 2 cups he came to me rudely grabbed the cup from my hand without talking angrily and touched his fingers all over the inside of the cup Rudy put that into the machine to get the slashi…….. honestly I paid for that but I didn’t have it . straight away I chocked that out at outside he was so rude never go there any more

Your employee (an Indian fella) was on his AirPods talking to someone the entire time I was being served. It got to the point that I was talking to him and I thought he was replying but he was actually having a full blown conversation. Fire him. 6am - 18.06.22
