FRANKIE4 Footwear Balmoral

Wonderful experience in store today with Em. So professional, knowledgeable and fabulous customer service. Shopping for boots today and reminded of the 20% off special offer prompted me to leave the store with 3 new styles of frankies. Hard to wear anything else after these.

I ordered 3 pairs of shoes online during the Black Friday sale and 1 of my shoes had not arrived for some time. I emailed them after 1 month as I know it is a busy period and they informed me that there was an inventory mistake and the shoe had sold out in the size I was after.

They were extremely apologetic about this matter and replied to my email within 24 hours and gave me 3 options to choose from.

The option I chose was an alternate sneaker-style replacement at no extra cost.

There was a mistake that occurred, but the reason I am giving 5 stars is because of the quality of the customer service they provided as mistakes can and do occur.

As always the shoes are always comfy!

Gorgeous store and service second to none from Lili. I only wear F4 shoes now. No sore feet, no corns and comfortable standing and walking all day. Looking forward to all the compliments I’ll be receiving on my new shoes over the next few weeks!

I stumbled upon Frankie4 when I was pregnant with my first babe and I’m so glad I did. I used to get around in very unsupportive shoes which made my feet really sore, especially in pregnancy. Since then I have purchased two additional pairs of shoes, all three are on constant rotation. I purchased the Nina Biscuit boot most recently in June 2023 and adore them. They are so stylish and they are so comfy. I have got rid of all of my other boots as I just can’t wear them anymore as I love these so much. I highly recommend Frankie4.

Excellent service. I made an error when placing my order at night. The next morning I went on line and chatted. The error was corrected immediately. Maddie was very helpful and understood my problem. I love my Frankies. I won’t wear anything else. The return process is excellent so I confident in buying online.

I wanted to replace a pair of much-loved (and well-worn) shoes by Frankie that I'd bought some years ago. I couldn't find it on the website in the colour I wanted, and Maddie on the chat searched the system and found some in stock at the Indooroopilly store. I ordered them by phone from the equally helpful Beth, and now they're on their way to me. I'm really pleased with the service offered by Frankie4, as well as their awesome shoes.

I haven't personally got any of their shoes, but my mum has enough for the both of us. They are the only shoes she can wear pain free for long periods. Over the years she has added to her collection, so now has everything from saddles to boots and all in between.. such great quality and the customer service has been good always for me buying vouchers or needing assistance online with a query. I no mum has needed to exchange and things and gone to there camberwell store and had a nice experience always. I'd highly recommend them.

Shopping a new brand online can make me hesitant but the service I received from the team at Frankie4 was outstanding. They responded incredibly quickly and were super helpful.

Went in yesterday and Judy helped me buy a new pair of leather shoes to take to New Zealand - I have the most painful feet and for me shoes need to be comfy as slippers. I bought a pair and literally wore them all afternoon, and again today ALL DAY - no pain or discomfort at all! - So happy - I think I have found my new shoe shop <3

I love my Frankie4's! It's honestly all i wear now. I have about 10 pairs of them and they always fit perfectly, i never have to wear them in like other brands. I had a small issue with one set of shoes and the support and understanding was amazing. Lilya in the customer support team was patient as we worked through my concerns and understood that as a loyal customer I was genuinely having some trouble and helped resolve it. great shoes, great customer service

Fantastic customer service! It's not easy to make a decision when buying shoes online, particularly taking my orthotics into account, but I am more confident now that the shoes I have chosen are the right ones for me. Can't wait to receive them!

Had bought Frankie shoes online a couple of times, decided to drive up to Brisbane to check out the range in store. Oh boy the shop exceeded my expectations! Nice vibe, spacious, I could spend the whole day there.
