I would like to say a big thankyou to the helpful service we received in the store on Friday I had a client in wheelchair with the trolley connected first time users and a worker asked if we needed any help and if we did just signal for him and he would help staff all around the shop helpful to put you in the right direction to find wt 2were looking for nothing was a problem we will be shopping again in your store

all the food in the aisles looked perfectly lined-up, almost like i was in a simulation. self serve check out area is massive, oodles of room. my experience was very pleasant, i hope it stays this way 👍🏻

Immaculate service from the young manager with brown hair. She was so friendly and helpful. One of the machines went down when attempting a gift card and her service was just immaculate!!

Well organised, maintianed and clean store - all sections. No old or rotten veg, no tiny flies or smells in the fruit/veg section. Appreciate the deli section where the middle and end peices of salmon are grouped together and lined-up so it is easy to see the portions available. Also, meats are not haphazardly a pile that is dug through with tongs by staff, with each new customer. On the fridge shelves, was very happy to find some grass fed, free range lamb mince, as I currently go to Coles for their 'Graze' Lamb options.
Would like more healthy snack options for kids - my son currently loves those little 'Mylk' koalas that is at Woolies. But would love more options, such as 'The Mood Food Company, Natural Welbeing Bars'. (Currently I buy them elsewhere). Finding many boxed kids snacks far too high in sodium and sugars, and low in added nutrients.
All in all- LOVE the compostible fruit and veg baggies, as well as the paper bags and will be back again next week. 😀

Big store with all the stuff you need

Really like this Woolies. The scan and go and being a fairly new store makes it awesome.
