A little smaller than some, not a bad thing. Staff were friendly & it was clean. Really what more do you need from a servo

who is the manager of this store? i've had a issue with a gift card for over 2 weeks now and it has not been resolved and none of the staff are equiped with being able to help.

Went to OTR with my sister and the man serving us was extremely rude!!! We tried to order coffee and while listing our coffee order he asked my sister to stop so he can ring it up, she politely stopped. Then once he was done she added that she would like sugar with one of the coffees and then he told her “next time, if you want sugar tell me before I start ringing it up”…but HE TOLD HER TO STOP talking!!!!! Will never go back there again.

Horrible customer service this morning 30th aug 2am.
Was told to leave rudely because I was asking if he was finally going to serve me after 4 customers was served before me even though I came in first.

He then began laughing at me when I told him this isn’t okay and I started to walk out, he then told me to leave while laughing trying to cause a scene in front of the other customers.

Really don’t understand why I got treated like that, all I wanted was some subway and instead I had the OTR guy try humiliate me because he couldn’t be stuffed making subway.

Always get disappointed by the coffee the old guy makes He just burns everything and doesn't know how to make one. Worst customer service always leave out disappointed

lt is only a 10km trip for me to get home and this was the only petrol station I drove past. I would regularly refill and use the car was here but now I travel out of my way to avoid these On The Run BP's.

Let me just start by saying Commonwealth Bank have had a tap and pay banking system for years now. They used to supply a small chip that you would stick to your phone until they developed it into an app for your phone. I had come to rely on this method of payment as it means less things to carry around with you so I didn't have my wallet on me.

I put $50 dollars of petrol into my car and went inside to pay. I go to tap my phone to pay and the man behind the counter tells me that the tap and pay system is down, he seemed to expect me to have another method of payment, which I didn't. I said can we at least try and he tells me again that 'Apple Pay' is not working. I said this isn't Apple Pay and he then says no, tap and pay hasn't been working all day. He takes my details down and tells me that I need to come back within half an hour and pay. I said can I send the money to an account when I get home or pay over the phone to which he says no I have to come in. I get in my car and drive home.

I am sitting at home winding down from working all day and decide that I wish to pay them tomorrow on my way home as I didn't want to make a special trip consuming more petrol unnecessarily as well as wasting my time. If they had a sign up before I put the petrol in stating tap and pay wasn't working I wouldn't have put any in.

In trying to find their head office I ring the Peregrine Corporation which is what they trade under. I speak to a woman in customer service there about the situation and she tells me it is not their procedure to put signs up stating any eftpos problems as they can be construed. She just would not give me the option of paying tomorrow or any other way. Apparently I had to pay that day so their books can balance, as if that is my problem. She could ring the store and give me a couple of hours to pay but if I didn't they would contact the police.

I basically had to tell her that I would not be making a special trip and I will be paying tomorrow on my route to work, to which she responded the police would be notified. I paid for it the next day and I didn't end up hearing from the police but I think this whole situation was dealt with terribly.
