Dean was great. Told us about the Black Friday sale price on an item, knew how many were in stock and where, ordered one in, told us how long it would take to arrive and he was correct, helped us load it into our vehicle when it arrived (and it was heavy). Great customer service.

Good display of furniture, especially sofas & lounges.
Tracey provided excellent service with our sofa order, very thorough and great attention to detail.

Good comms between order and delivery with regular updates. Sofas were delivered well within the specified timeframe. Delivery guys were friendly and helpful.

Top furniture store. Dean was well acquainted with his products offering. Operating in his gift as an accomplished sales assistant. Products were as always high quality. We shared our previous experience with Freedom products nearly 40 years ago. Well worth a visit if you require updating your furniture or as simple as just cushions. Enjoy

Love our new couch! The Noosa in Carrrick Snow. Comfy, but doesn’t look sloppy. Dean was our salesman - hunt him down if you need help, he will make the process so much easier… he listened to our Wishlist & gave us a thorough overview of the option without cornering us. We walked away feeling good about our decision.

I had not been in this store before & was looking for various pieces for our home with a new baby along the way. There is a huge variety in this particular store being over 2 levels (we have been to a few other locations also) & it was easy to walk around, take images & get ideas on how I could decorate. We had received amazing service from Damian on our visit, he showed us different options & colours for what we were looking for. After our first look, we went back to purchase a shelf however it wasn't available, but he located one at another store for us, reserved it & we were able to collect it in a week! We have gone back a few times since & look forward to having our new sofa delivered to us soon! All the staff were very friendly & thank you to Damian for being so helpful throughout! Easy store to get to, parking is right out front & I will definitely be back! Highly recommended!

I purchased a lounge from Freedom Windsor and found their customer service to be amazing both in-store and over the phone. They gave me an ETA of end of September for my lounge but it actually arrived 1.5 months earlier!!

Walked into Freedom just to have a browse and was assisted by Marc. Told him I had been window shopping for a new couch but hadn’t had much luck. Within the hour he had listened to what I was looking for and tracked me down the perfect couch. Purchased on Saturday and couch was delivered Monday. Easy and seamless and the best service I’ve ever had from a furniture store. Thanks Marc!

My favourite Freedom Store, helpful friendly staff and great vignettes to inspire, the kitchen showroom is stunning. The guys in the loading bay are very professional and extremely helpful too. Thanks for wrapping my huge artwork in plastic, it rained on our way home so your customer care and great service was greatly appreciated!

Staff were great. After a quick greeting and seeing if I needed any help, I was left alone to have unoressured time to check out what I was looking for, come to a decision, and find a staff member when I was ready to ask for a bit more info and then buy. Getting that time alone, not being sold to or perma "assisted" actually gets a sale out of me, otherwise I usually am just looking for an excuse to leave even without properly looking at things

Placed an order and paid for kitchen stools around two weeks before Christmas 2019. Was told 4- 6 weeks.Rang this week and was told order could take another 4 - 6 weeks and to call again in a week in case it arrives. This will be my 4th phone call. I purchased framed prints last year and took them back after noticing defects. All I asked for was an exchange.The staff at the checkout was impatient and short with me stating thats how the frames are manufactured. I caught her exchanging looks with another worker- rude and condescending. I'm noting names next time and will put it here. Dissapointing and poor service to say the least.

Penny MacFarlan, the senior decorator from Freedom's Windsor store recently helped us decorate a newly-purchased apartment. She was fabulous - gave us clear, extremely practical advice on how to furnish the space, explained why some of our thought bubbles wouldn't work with very logical reasoning, and helped us coordinate colours and textures to create a beautiful space. Her expertise is vast and the value she added to the process was worth a thousand times what she is paid! I can't recommend her highly enough.

Wonderful store, great range served by the store manager Damian who really knew what he was doing piecing together some items to complete my room.
Busy shop it might take time to get served but it's worthwhile. Will come back for more!

Love this Freedom store. I have ordered my new sofa from here. Customer service is excellent and not rushed as in some sale-based environments.
