I shop here frequently for my daughter and occasionally for myself. I have to say the young lady Jess is extremely helpful with my purchases. She has great fashion sense and after showing her the sort of things we like she manages to find in store the right items for us. She is a great asset to this store.

Danielle was amazing!! I was working in the centre and only had a 30 minute break she was super helpful in helping me find the things I needed. She went an extra mile when I finished work at 5:30 she let me in to grab one last thing. She was such an angel and made me feel comfortable asking for help in choosing stuff and made me feel more comfortable in my body by being so supportive and bubbly. Super happy ally has employees like Danielle.

Always amazing, Jess is great to talk to and always helps me pick out the best clothing choices. It is a very safe environment. Even when I am having a bad day it is always good to come to the girls at this store because it’s so positive.

I have purchased from this store couple of times, girls who work here are incredibly nice and caring. You receive the best customer service from them. Always help you to find the best items, match it with another piece and check of you need more help.

Definitely do not recommend this shopping experience as of the moment. I spent $56 on a skirt and a top recently - I tried on the original top I had bought and it was so ridiculously small (even though it was my size) so I went in and exchanged it. The size I exchanged it for was about 6 sizes too big and still did not fit properly. No worries, right? - I can just take it back. Wrong. (Despite not being told this when I exchanged my shirt for a bigger size nor does it say this anywhere on their website policy) I was told that because I had exchanged it already I would not be granted a refund. The items were completely unworn, clean and pretty much brand new. "You don't really get a second chance" is what I was greeted with and I'm pretty appalled. Friends of mine have done this exact same thing before and have had 0 issues returning their items. So what's different for me? Staff are usually so sweet at Flake ally so this was incredibly confusing. Very disappointed.
