Liquorland Rochedale

At first I thought that one needed advanced parkour skills to leap the largest collection of Coles shopping trolleys in the Southern hemisphere but then I released that I could simply walk around the wheeled things.

Love this liquorland !!! Sam the manager is awesome so helpful and nothing is too much trouble.

Went in specifically to buy a liquor that was on special. When asking the staff member where I would find their non-alcoholic range, he told me he didn't think they had one. Suggestion for staff to be better trained, because I only bought what I went in for and no other items. Also staff member did not ask if I had flybuys?

We went to shopping in this store many times, this evening we bought a whole carton of Blonde beer (ultra-low carb) $47, then saw Burtoli Premium Shiraz 2 L, price tag is 2 for 24, we went to check out, charged us $46, totally $93. We mentioned price is not right, then the check out young boy went to check price tag, he said you are right, but the price tag is wrong, I can’t give you that price. I said I work in retail too, if you made that mistake, you need give us the price you put there. He said I know, but I can’t do it. It was a bad experience, we would not go back to this store.

Absolute horrible service on the 16th of December at 3pm 3 people behind the counter 1 on the phone, 2 talking to each other. No customer service at all. Mitch who served me was the only happy and helping worker. I needed a hand finding a certain beer then when I pulled him up on his customer service skills he jumped up and down and said if your going to yell in the store you can leave.... there was no yelling or abusive language. Horrible horrible liquor land

My 31 year old girlfriend was denied service because she had no I.D and then i was also denied service at 40 years of age (with I.D) because the lady serving us claimed i was buying alcohol for a minor. This lady helped us choose our wine and then refused to sell it to us. Hopefully this older lady has been fired since so we can start shopping here again

I bought some drinks and asked for my normal brand of menthol smokes ive always bought here since they opened, they are close by and staff are friendly. I was given fhe wrong brand of smokes i opened the pack and then realised they were wrong, called the store told them i had not smoked any and that you gave me the wrong ciggerettes.
Was told the packaging is open so they cant swap them for the correct smokes, no real apology but was told to have a good day.
Maybe it pisses me off if i make a mistake with my customers i wear the cost and time to rectify it, i did like the store, as i mentioned the staff are friendly, they wont miss one customer leaving, all i can say is double check everything you get from them if you decide to shop here, disapointing even a real apology could have gone a long way.

Need to educate your staff and management about the legal rights of a statutory declaration form. Being denied because you've "never heard of it" is a joke, won't be going back.
