Wow two stores in one mall. Bright idea. Good selection. Best price on clothes and also a good all round choice of many household appliances. Brands rubbish but for the price its allowed to only last a year.
Staff are generally younger school kids and are overly polite. (First Job Types).
I quite like it here. Worth a visit.

Has a great range of products, shelves are always well packed. Staff are really friendly, i had a situation that I needed to share with the store, I immediately was connected to the manger, who was really great, friendly, helpful, listened with interest at what I was saying. Music playing is always pleasant to listen to whilst shopping. I visit this store often, even if to just look around. Great place!!!!

Just to recommend Chloe in Photo center, she help me a lot inspite of the personal problems she’s encountering ( death of her Dad, & her birthday too.
But she has such a wonderful customer service. I couldn’t have done it in time without her help. She’s such a great team member to your company. Kmart /Ocean keys Shopping Ctr. Clarkson. You’re lucky to have her in your Team. An excellent asset to your company.

Store set out well and nice wide isles - I am still not happy with having the paying/service part in the center of the store and wonder how much they are losing from shop lifters just going out front door!
The photo section is not large but I ave always found a vacant chair and not a long waiting time. Using the order photos from home and pick up in staore is a great time saver. Good variety of stock and friendly staff.

I would just like to say thank you to Casey and Rachel at K-Mart Ocean Keys for the exceptional service they provided.
I wanted to purchase 2 items from the Christmas Catalogue, the stock hadn't arrived and Casey told me to phone 1st thing the following day, which I did. Spoke to Casey again, she checked and the products still hadn't arrived, she again told me to phone the following day, which I did again, this time speaking to Rachel, I told her the story, she went of and checked if it had arrived and yes they had! Rachel asked me how many, my name and asked me to pick them up from the Service Department at the back of the store. I went in this morning and picked up my 2 products, without any issues at all. It's a nice feeling to know that some people in retail can still provide a high level of customer service. Thank you Casey and Rachel! 😁

Very well stocked with product. Lots of new and interesting goods for the kitchen, bathroom and home. Clothing lines smart and current. Staff efficient and pleasant.

Great everyday clothes and baby stuff as well. Wet wipes box for babies are excellent quality, unscented, and for 8 bucks it's a no brainer.
Payment is now in the middle of the shop for some reason...
I am allways on my way and then remember to go all the way back.
But I like the new layout. Looks nicer than it was...

Hats off to the teenage guy working at the toy section yesterday, 05/03/21, at around 8:20pm. He is very hardworking and very helpful. While the other girls in that shift was just having chit chats at one area.

I had the best customer service in your store from a lovely young lady named Chloe at your customer service desk.Who helped me source a product I have been looking for .You didn't have it at your store .So she rang and reserved at Warwick for me .She was so friendly helpful and nothing was to much effort for her .I've never experienced this before .when I've rang to find out if products are in stock it's a nightmare normal talk to different people to then be told it's in stock at other store but you have to ring them.This is why Chloe is such a fantastic customer support person.she took all the hassle away and made it easy for me .Thank you Chloe 😀

I've always had great service here, the staff were incredibly helpful when I misplaced my prescription driving sunglasses and nearly had a meltdown, even gave me a tissue when I was in need of one, so thoughtful.
Not sure if their range is as extensive as you can find in other malls with more floor area but that's no biggie.

Excellent range of goods, well priced and great service. Friendly helpful staff. I dont like the service pay centre in the middle but that us my personal preference as finding a receipt at the exit is often inconvenient when my arms & hands are full.

Kmart I want to tell you that Deborah in your layby department is your biggets asset to your company, every single time i deal with Deborah she is 100% attentive, happy, helpful, cheerful and this is a blanket behaviour on every person she connects with..... Kmart you need to a knowledge and reward great employees and Deborah is one of them! 😁

A really great store with friendly staff. I called last week and spoke with Debbie and she was so helpful and friendly. An item was held for me and when I went to pay the staff member who served me was great too.

Called in to get some car cleaning products...picked up a couple of jumpers on my way to the checkout...I don't like self serve...

More displays. Great prices. Need to try out before you purchase,however staff willing to support and good return policy

Nice shop, have pretty good selection of products. Quick checkouts . great location. plenty of room to move around.
