Every time I go in, my son likes to play games and scare people by acting like a statue down an aisle,or somewhere in the store. Every time without fail, the staff get involved and make his day. Nice work Aldi staff, what a bunch of champs 🥳

ALDI Ocean Keys is not your average supermarket, it’s a shopping experience like no other- below average. By doing things differently, like credit card surcharging, rushing customers packing their own shopping, and impatience and rudeness of some of the new staff members, demonstrating they couldn’t care less, they can provide average quality products at same or bit lower prices.
It used to be ok until a young female new staff really turned me off with her “great customer service”. Also the quality of fresh produce there seem to have dropped too.

When I was leaving the checkout and headed to the table to pack my bags, I noticed a lady standing at the end of the checkout waiting patiently when a young man started talking to her. Next I hear her say why did he check her small bag and no one else's. She wasn't loud or carrying on but you could see her getting upset with his silly answer.Now she was explaining that the last 2 customers had very large bags that wasn't checked. Now I could see that she did in fact had a small bag and the other customers did have larger bags ( not handbags). My freind said how embarrassing for that lady when the guy instead of diffusing the situation made a rude comment that she asked"what did you say?" He then turned his back on her laughing and joking with the boy on checkout ,they continued making jokes about her
and I heard "Karen" . She just shook her head and left. Now I work in a supermarket for 34 years and I can't remember a customer being belitted like that, it's usually the other way around. I now avoid being served by that boy. Please retrain these boys and tell them about how bulling is not on. My freind thought the should be sacked. Not a good look for the clarkson store. A shame as the rest of the staff are great.

One of the poor customer service in ocean keys aldi store and Joondalup. I wanted neo robotic vacuum - everytime I went there - not in stock - I ask they a staff for help. They didn’t give a f…. I asked to check them in store. They rudely said not avail. I was happy to pay in advance if they can get it delivered from other store

Very rude young girl on the checkout this morning, no manners at all! A friendly hello and thank you is all it takes,she had no patience with the elderly lady in front of me who was counting her money out. Train your staff Aldi!!!!😡

$2 coins needed for a trolley, who carries change these days? Most of the products were thrown on the shelves making everything disorganised. No staff. I’ll be sticking to Woolies.

customer service is of no existence, one checkout opened at peak time, Stefan employee was not helpful.
