My recent experience at this particular store was one of the best. Almost always have a good experience at JB Hi-Fi but this time I found the need to share my experience. I was served by Michael, Mikey, Mike. He went above and beyond to ensure I got the best deal, knew my options, and knew the products I intended to buy. He made sure I walked away with exactly what I wanted.

Very nice helpful customer service, went to look everywhere for the last ebook reader they had in store on a public holiday. Found it for me and discounted it bevause of the open box. Really apprec the effort. Thank you

Pretty much go here whenever I'm in Ocean Keys and will continue to do so. I get pretty much every tech related item in my house here, so it's safe to say I love it here. The staff are friendly and exceptionally helpful, and would highly recommend this particular store to anyone.

Impeccable service. Much much quieter than near by stores too so it doesn't make you want to ball up in the foetal position and gently rock while you cry for your mum. Super super helpful staff. Unlike the staff from the other store who sent us there for our items only to find out that they weren't there.
