BIG W - Bankstown

5 stars for this Big W. Widest range of products I've seen in this retailer. The aisles are neatly stacked with products which are pleasant to shop amongst. Has a lot more to offer in the toy section than other Big W's.

Pros:
Location perfect - Nearby the train station and bus junction. Lots of shops nearby. Open till 7 :30 pm which is a good time in winter. Always a wide range of products specially on discounts . Big open store you can actually spend a lot of time .

Cons:
No cons

Good value great prices and reasonable variety make Big W a good option for everyday shopping. Excellent for underwear consumables and odds and ends.

Neat, tidy, friendly door greeter and great AC, to help with the heat as your browsing for your next purchase

I love Big W Bankstown. Always got stock and the staff is amazing. Plenty of parking and great surrounding stores.

One of my fav stores. They have everything under one roof. Kids clothing, snacks, toys and great party section! Parking is easy too!

5 stars for the lady in charhe of the tech section on the 24/02/2023 at around 6 p.m. super helpfull, knowledgeable and most of all she care about the customer before the sale. I was after fujifilm pack of 60 and it was out of atock and she told me that if it was not urgent i can just call and check stock in the week as she got none right now. Love it!

BigW Bankstown is always well stocked and has a good variety at great prices. The store is always tidy/organised, unlike other stores I've been to & the staff are always helpful/friendly!! 💯

Giovanna from the party section, Bankstown was a delight to deal with. She was very polite, kind, professional & not to mention super fast with blowing up the hellium balloons. Thank you for your amazing service, making my needs less stressful but above all a pleasure to know good customer service still exists

Went to buy a sports outfit lots of specials today lots of half price sales. Well laid out and lots of big signs so it is easy to know where you are going. Items stacked well on shelves and there weren't any items on the floor unlike some other stores

Friendly staff and it was easy to locate what I was looking for (usb sticks and lightning cable) prices not too bad either.

15/03/22 - layout seems to being rearranged. Can't find any working price check machines either.

As you’d expect from a department store, customer service 10/10 the minute I walked in was greeted by staff, even offered a trolley by security which was a lovely gesture considering I had a few bags already in my hands. Super friendly and professional.
