The staff are absolutely amazing! Amazing customer service and staff very helpful and friendly. personally I dealt with Ian and Kristian. They helped me find my lost phone and went above and beyond. Couldn’t have been more helpful!

Lots of varieties of everything from clothes, toys, shoes, bags, snacks, cosmetics, gadgets, and others we need…centrally located in Bankstown Mall and close to other shops, post office, banks, medical centres and more…highly recommended 🥰

I recently went to Kmart, and I must say it's an outstanding store! Here's why I believe it deserves a 5-star rating:

Elizabeth at Kmart was a legend! Went out of her way to grab me something I was in a rush and she was back in lightening time!

I came Sunday 26th I needed a lot of stuff for my new home and required two trolleys for all the electronics I needed to get. As I was going to the check out a young tall gentleman called Daniel assisted me with all my stuff by helping me put my stuff on the counter. He served me with respect and kindness and his service was amazing!!!. Would be coming back here again :)

Well Kmart have Every good Product as least I Can say and I bought some Hot Wheels Along the way When I was Shopping.

best shopping experience at this location. Normally service is minimal and lacking but Ian was amazing tonight and went above and beyond to help me find everything I needed !! Thankyou Ian, great asset to your team.

First time I went to Kmart at Bankstown and was impressed. I had Kieron O’Donoughve giving me excellent customer service and assisting me with all my inquiries. Good old fashion customer service.

Like the rest of the centre. It's a bit run down. But good old Kmart never disappoints. Staff are no where to be found. Prices are cheap. Quality is adequate.

I like the store layout, as it makes locating items easy. I also like/appreciate the huge variety, and all at great prices. The extended operating hours, does come handy when u really need something last min and it happens to be late or even if u just simply prefer to shop at a later time!!

On the best place for shopping all season here. All items are nice. Anything you need for your daily life can get here easily at best price. All items are available and staffs working at this place are good, nice and friendly. Best experience to buy stuffs here. Had fun

Very clean, neat and well organised store.
Plenty of stock, store is well lit, staff are kind and helpful. There is plenty of parking outside, the store is open till late every day, so it’s very convenient and handy to have this store in the area.
Returns have also been a positive experience, so I highly recommend this store.

Couldn't find an item even though the website said they had it in stock. Asked staff for help and she advised me of other stores that had higher stock numbers available. Appreciate the short time she took to help me get what I need. It's these little things that matter to customers.
