Hanna and her male colleague at Bankstown made shopping a lovely experience. They are both so helpful and friendly. Their dispatch team are so quick as well and I received an item so much quicker than I thought especially during Christmas season. Thank you!

Kassandra, the tall Polynesian lady has extremely poor customer service. Went in with my girlfriend to buy a few things and she proceed take her time not sure what she was doing back there as we were at the counter to purchase our items came out of the back only to shout rudely "do you want this?!?" What on earth is that kind of service. Dont work a retail job if you cant give service with a smile. Her coworkers as well were giggling as she made her rude remark. I'll be putting in a formal complaint to corparate and will never be shopping in this pigsty of a unprofessionalism

On Friday I came to glue and walked past the counter I see a blonde taller lady who I’m assuming is a manager of some sort, being so incredibly rude to the employees and it made me so uncomfortable to come upto the counter because there was tension. do better glue staff!!
