One of my PC's had a faulty CPU and Crox replaced it within warranty and the PC works flawlessly again. Can recommend !

These guys are great. Excellent professional manner. I got my computer on rental terms and they walked me through the steps got it set up and I couldn't be happier with the gaming pc that arrived within a week, and getting all set up and good to go right now. Great guys from Perth!

My computer decided to die a week out from Christmas and I was panicking that I'd have to wait til January for a fix (as one store quoted - some people are phone-focussed, but I need my PC especially as my laptop has issues). I then talked to Crox and they could do it before Christmas. I'm so glad I went with Crox. My experience with them was fantastic for several reasons: 1) great price for diagnose, supply and replace of my power supply unit; 2) job done quickly right there and then as I waited [I was so lucky]; 3) the staff are calm and efficient and friendly; 4) the technician cleaned my [very dusty] computer and didn't even charge for it! While I was waiting I looked at their computer stuff for sale and all the prices were very reasonable and in fact I picked up a couple of extras such as a USB Hub for my laptop that I needed. These guys are what a good computer sales and support business should be - they know what they are doing and I felt they really really cared about their service. I know where I am coming for my computer needs from now on.

After shopping for pc parts all over north Perth I came across Crox, the other quotes I got for my build were too much, I ended up getting an online order for a very reasonable price, I went to pick up my order and spent a further $400 on other parts due to the team member being so helpful and having everything I needed on shelf. I am definitely coming back and would recommend to anybody needing pc parts or service.

Placed an order early in the morning and was able to pick it up by the end of the day. Amazing product, does not disappoint.

Ordered a pc and Steven was able to ship it to me the same day as I ordered it, I had missed the normal 11am pick up but Steven made an extra trip to the post office to ship my order, amazing service from an amazing business.

Bought a pre built PC for my sim racing. The online build tool allowed me to build to a spec that worked for me and my budget. Pricing is very competitive, in fact probably the best I have seen. Service was fantastic with a very quick build. Thank you Crox.

Although I am yet to collect my online purchase from Crox I couldn’t wait to share how incredibly fair this company is. The costs are very reasonable and they have different categories of service to appeal to everyone. The customer service is beyond the normal and deserves more than 5 stars. This is a transparent company and it shows in their communication and how they run their company. I could not recommend any other company for your computing and technological needs.
