Big W Fountain Gate

Well over 10 years I not been here, the place is so much bigger. Great place to keep warm but in Thailand I go to shopping centres to keep cool. Lol 555 🤣

Beautiful service by the young lady who served me. She was really helpful and it’s great to see young ones with manners. I didn’t catch her name but I just wanted to share the good vibes.
Thank you to the young lady with dark hear and a wonderful laugh. You made my childrens night.

Exceptional customer service from Rav at the service desk, we couldn’t find an item and even when others couldn’t find it, he put extra effort into finding it and did with a great attitude, we even got an extra game because he was so helpful through the whole process.

Asked a young man, who was stocking shelves, if he could helo me find string/rope. You stay here he said and off he went and brought back three choices. What service Mahal, I do hope he receives acknowledgement from management.

I've only ever done click and collect here and not shopped in store, but besides that I like that they have a good turn around time and are open till 7 when shops close at 5:30. they were very helpful when I purchased a Spiderman airwalker, filled it with helium at home and then realised it was missing a leg. Lol Initially they told me to bring it back however as I already used the helium kit i had it would've been pointless if they didn't give.me free helium to replace what I used. anyways eventually they gave me another packet of Spiderman airwalker so I could take the leg off that and fix my legless one . it worked. :) and I made it in time for the kids birthday. ultimately I still had another legless Spiderman which I physically blew up with my breath just for a laugh. btw all that effort to get the helium version to the party and my lil nephew loved it so much he played superheros with it and tore all body parts including the head off lol and all body parts were flying on the ceiling after that LOL ¯⁠\⁠_⁠(⁠ツ⁠)⁠_⁠/⁠¯

Despite going there so many times, really have not completely explore the store. Maybe another time when not in a hurry.

Went to this store as a last-minute Christmas shopper, the store was very busy, but the staff were very friendly and helpful. Took a very long time to find a carpark, but that's absolutely to be expected in the mad pre Christmas rush.
Haven't been to this particular Big W store for quite some time, purely because I don't live close. But I was out picking up many click and collect orders last minute before Christmas.
Found some great specials while in store 👍

The team at fountain gate is lovely. Every staff member is polite and friendly. Lovely ladies at click and collect service always. Also a team member tony wished me happy birthday when i told her it was my birthday. Also surprisingly there is always stock available for the stuff i need. I love to shop for my baby daughter clothes and toys.

Was happy to travel to Fountain Gate to visit Big W as they have always had a better range of Men's clothing than any other Big W I can get to. Had all the stuff I wanted and all at a great price. Thank you Big W Fountain Gate, I will be back.

Very busy here but has everything you could possibly need when it comes to shopping. Parking can be a nightmare.

Friendly and courteous customer service upon entry. Customer service helped me with my enquiries and directed me towards the area that I was seeking. Very open with nice sized isle ways to move around. A great variety of merchandise to choose from. A great layout and ample registers, either self serve or attend by a friendly and courteous staff member. I like shopping here, not really🤔! I tend to buy a lot more, as there a great of products available at cheap prices 😁😁
