Staff always go above and beyond to help customers, has been that way every time I come there. Very happy doing my shopping at this Universal Store location. :)

There was literally 1/4 people working. The other 3 were standing around the glass cabinet talking extremely extremely loudly and also using the f word. Very unprofessional, didn’t talk to any customers, not approachable. I saw someone leave their stuff on the counter because they were waiting too long at the check out.
They were talking about inflation being the reason why people aren’t shopping at their store, but I really think they should look at themselves as a reason. I walked in tried something on and walked out. 11/8 at 4.46pm.

I went to buy 2 pairs of crocs which were overpriced since normally crocs sell for $60 yet here they sell for 70 or more. The bags are $5 and have their brand name on them which is pretty annoying. Also the customer service was awful, the cashier didn’t greet us or send us off with bye or thank you. If only there was an option to put 0 stars.

Majority of the staff here are lovely, however one lady did not give my family member a good experience- in fact she spent the night crying as she referred to her as ‘big’ (she is a size 12 and was trying on dresses) and was extremely condescending towards her. It’s 2021- behaviour like that should not be tolerated.

Never have stock of shoes 4 different times and have to wait 2 c staff
