Always a great pleasure and experience shopping here since I was a kid, as well as sending my kids to attend their music classes here. My family and I will keep supporting local business especially Crescendo for all their kindness and help.

I was looking for a piano bench. The staff at the first place I went to were nice enough, but weren't confident or knowledgeable in their answers. I didn't have the best experience, so I went down the road to Crescendo. My experience there was excellent. Tristan was polite, attentive, accommodating, honest, knowledgeable and competent. I ended up with a different model than I'd come in for because I hadn't seen it until then. Even though it was part of a bundle with a piano, they sold it to me separately.

Enquired about a Kawai es120 piano online and got a message back within 30 minutes, staff who I talked to on the Web chat was an amazing help and letting me know I can come in to have a look at the piano in the showroom. When I arrived in the arvo, Damon and the Asian girl (I didn't get her name sorry) they both immediately knew who i was and what I was after, amazing communication between the team.
Damon answered my questions about lessons and was very informative in letting me know more about each teacher and the availability. I was told he would let me know the next day whether the supplier has any in stock, but I didn't receive the call that day.
Got a message and called on the following Monday and was quick to apologise and to let me know I can order and the process of putting a deposit down. The process was very simple, and team members were amazing.
This is my first ever experience with a music shop and will definitely be my go-to from now on.
The only downsides I experienced was not getting the call the following day after being told I would, and the fact I paid the 10% deposit on the full price not discounted but this doesn't bother me at all and would still give them a 5 star :)

Amazing service!
We went in needing a violin restring. Being new to the violin, we didn't know much and Tristan was more than happy to advise us on string types and also went the extra mile to re-string my violin straight away, in front of us so we could learn.
Our first time in store, and not the last!!

It's 1 of the smaller music stores we visited looking for ukuleles and was blown away at the incredible range. Young Damon helped us ,he was friendly ,talented,knowledgeable and went out of his way to help us pick a ukulele and accessories. Very impressed with Damon and the store .the bigger store can be overwhelming and cluttered. Totally recommend crescendo if your after a stringed instruments, music books and excellent service

A great music retailer, instrument showroom, and music academy in a large, brand new, purpose built premises, complete with a small performance space seating about 80 people. A great asset, unique to the music scene in Perth!

We've moved from another music school as my son was rapidly loosing interest and after 1 lesson his interest came right back. Having the right teacher to motivate you is so important. In 1 term he's learnt more than an entire year at the old school. He enjoys himself and even practices without being asked to. I'm really grateful to have found Crescendo by first stumbling across their music book shop.

Excellent service from Quinn.
He went out of his way to advise and guide me while choosing my first concert Ukulele.
I was there for quite some time trying to select my Ukulele and his level of service, patience and enthusiasm never faultered.
They have a great range of quality instruments and prices and I will be heading back soon to purchase a Tenor Ukulele as at one week in I'm hooked and need more lol.
Just had to add that on both my second and third visits the service remained outstanding. Congrats to Tristan and the team, thanks again.

I am in Adelaide and looking for a classical guitar, case and tuner.
I was a bit worry about ordering music instrument from online store.
However, Tristan answered all my questions and gave me appropriate advice and his recommendation promptly.
Finally, I order the items with great price and reasonable flat rate delivery fees.
I received the items in a week and they were well packed, of course in perfect condition.
They are very professional and experienced seller.
I really recommend this excellent store to everyone, even who lives in other states.

Phenomenal customer service for a small online order.

Two days ago I ordered a set of Alaska finger picks for classical guitar. Crescendo Music had all but one of the sizes I'd requested in stock. Tristan from their team contacted me immediately to ask if I would be happy to wait for their supplier to provide another item to fulfil the entire order, or if I'd be happy with a reduced order. As I was happy to reduce the order by the single pick, Tristan processed an immediate partial refund and adjusted shipping for the new order weight.
In my experience, this level of customer service in music retail tends to be reserved for orders of over a thousand dollars, and even then it's occasionally dissatisfying. This experience with Crescendo Music has most definitely earned them a new customer, and I look forward to doing much more business with them in future.
