After bad service at Nike, went to JD. My son and I were looking for shoes and got served by a young lady (Shana? I think), she made it fun and knew her stuff. Confident without the arrogance and super helpful.

Called ahead to make sure that style/size was available. When we arrived in store was greeted immediately and located lady that I spoke to on the phone, Aan, who was very helpful when my daughter was undecided. Aan also recommended a spray protectant as the sneakers were white, which I was very grateful for, and wouldn't have thought about without her recommendation.⭐

Highly recommend going to see Callum (red head) sales guy. He is awesome. We won't buy shoes from anyone else. He's super friendly and knows his stuff. Nothing is too much trouble for him. Keep up the excellent work. You should be the Store Manager.

I came in a few days ago and was served by a lovely asian girl with red hair, her customer service was incredible and I left with the exact pair of shoes I was looking for as a birthday gift for my grandson ! She was very welcoming and extremely helpful, thank you !

I was served by Josh- HIGHLY RECOMMEND his service! Josh showed immense professionalism and competency, helping me obtain a new pair of shoes. I was looking for a pair of casual shoes and he recommended the NMD’s. After explaining more about the shoe I was eager to buy a pair. It’s now my favourite pair of shoes and I always go out wearing them.

Amazing customer service. The young man helping me was more than happy to grab shoe sizes of a few different styles for me to try and even suggested other styles to try which I might like/ feel comfortable in. I left with a running shoe I really love. The people working here function really well as a team.
