We love going to see DR Laura at the Vet Clinic - She is extremely professional & caring with our baby boy Monte - We actually drive all the way from Penrith to see her. The clinic is very well maintained and extremely well priced, I actually rang them back once and asked if they had under charged us and they had not, I was really shocked at how well priced it was (in a good way of course) . All the staff are always helpful and very friendly.

I seriously cannot recommend Simone, Chloe & Audrey enough … the professional manner in which they use is second to none …. The way they handled my Puppies first clip was mind blowing when I collected her … I’ve had a poodle 🐩 before he was 14 and tried a few groomers … so I was very fussy with my new Pup 🐶

Awesome vet clinic, everyone from reception to nurses and vets are excellent. They all care about your pets so much and will do everything possible for them. They are there for you right to the end, which I experienced just recently. There care and compassion throughout this sad time was so appreciated and I will never forget their kindness and compassion.

Went there to buy our son his first pet. We ended up getting him guppies and a fish tank. The gentleman with the pink hair was super helpful, cheerful, and attentive 👍 👍

I’m so so happy with the grooming at Petstock. My dog has anxiety and has in the past been banned from another groomer due to his anxiety even though he isn’t aggressive. We hadn’t been able to groom him properly in a year and it’s been a struggle for us. Simone from the Gregory hills store was exceptional and made our dog feel so calm and comfortable. He walked out with a wagging tail and no anxiety which has never happened before so thank you so much to Simone. She took the extra time with our pup and gave me some great tips on how to help him for future visits too. Not to mention Tokyo came out looking so handsome. We will 1000% be back!

The Vet team ar Pet stock are second to none.
We recently had to put out 16 year old dog to rest.
The pet stock vet team and admin were incredibly supportive to my young family who were clearly saddened.

Pet stock have sent us the most beautiful card which had included some special paw prints, a nose book and the most beautiful and kind words.

The wonderful ladies here did a superb job at grooming my new little puppy Archie. It was his first ever groom and they were so patient and kind. He went in looking like a scruffy ball of fluff and came out looking like a handsome little gentleman wearing a bow tie! Thank you from Archie and I, we will look forward to our next visit to PetStock Gregory Hills for grooming :)

Visited Pet Stock for rabbit pellets and treats. Staff was helpful and knowledgeable. They had a great selection of pet supplies. My rabbit enjoys the treats I bought.

I was there last Saturday and bought a cat tree, which Austin kindly helped us get into the car. However, once we got it home and started putting it together, one of the pieces turned out to be faulty. Rang the store and spoke to Hannah, who was very helpful and asked us to come in with the faulty part. And because it appeared we had the last one in stock, Austin climbed up the display cat tree and gave us the part off that.

We are absolutely grateful to both Austin and Hannah for their help in getting our issue fixed. Our cats are also very grateful because they absolutely adore their new cat tree!

The team is professional, friendly and very helpful. They took their time to provide me with the all the information needed to take care of my little kitten. Thank you.

Absolutely great experience. Brought my dog to get groomed, they grooming girls did an amazing job, and their passion and care with my puppy. The groomers made it a delight to be in the store and I can't wait to bring my little one back there again.

This store is awesome! Great service, the vet section is fabulous! From the ladies behind the counter to the vets themselves everyone is so great with the animals. It’s very refreshing to see a veterinary clinic that treats the animals with respect and care and not just looking at them like $$. Not to mention very reasonable with there prices. I’m extremely happy and will continue to use this vet for my furbabies.

I have been coming here for years, but I wanted to say a special thank you to Ashley who seen I was struggling (and incredibly slow) kindly helped me get my dog kibble off the shelf and then carried it to the car for me as well, thank you so much for helping me. 5 star service!

Service is always exceptional. They have large size clothing for large dogs. I will come here for my dogs winter needs.

From the day I walked into the store as a new dog owner Sarah has been a wealth of knowledge and has really helped me through some difficult situations with my pup.
She went out of her way as she could see I was really struggling.
I also want to say a big thank you to Hannah who recommended their in house dog trainer Lauren to me, she came out to our home and changed our lives! I thought I would have to surrender my pup because he was misbehaving so much but after just one session with lauren and following the program she set up for us we have a changed puppy.
I continue to go to the Gregory Hills store for all my pet needs.
