Chris, Shelley and the lovely ladies at LUXE have bent over backwards to ensure I have been 100% satisfied with my recent art purchase from their store. Not only have they texted me images of current 'in-stock' items, they have assisted me with transportation of my newly purchased items also. Nothing has been too much trouble for the ladies. Every item in the store is intricately curated, which makes purchases difficult, as everything is perfect! Thankyou again Ladies!

A great selection of quality goods. Interesting and unique gifts for oneself or others. Really love the shop and excellent range. This is not even the best part of the shop. The customer service is brilliant, was chasing a specific bag bought from here a couple of years ago. Chris and team searched online as it wasn't a current stocked item. Not only did they find it, it was ordered again for stock and got a call to say it had arrived. Fantastic and would give 6 stars if I could.

On the Easter Eve, Chris went above and beyond and blew my expectations away. I needed a cashmere throw urgently to be sent to Sydney. She sent me photographs of the item, got it ready to ship and had a tracking number all done in 30 minutes. She is an absolute treasure and I highly recommend her store.

Chris the owner provides exceptional customer service and goes above and beyond to secure what you want. Nothing is too much trouble for her and this is rare in a lot of businesses today. This company went above and beyond to fix my order which on dispatch was found to be faulty and they couldn't order any more from their wholesaler. They found, phoned and reserved the product from a competitor in another state. What a brilliant team and outcome. Incredible service.
